Booked this in when it first came to London. At first it was great as other reviewers have reported. Then the acne returned. I have two extra sessions after the first 3 only to see improvement and then have the acne return. I've since learned it is common for the stem cells in the sebum glands to regenerate after the treatment, causing the acne to return.

I got in touch with Aviclear's parent company about the lack of efficacy in hopes of a data based plan. They acted like they would help but didn't. They asked for all my medical records and said they would liaise with my doctor and they never did. Deeply upsetting after spending £3,000 on treatment.

I have had the most incredible experience with Cutera so far! I just purchased the Excel V+ and I have been astonished by the level of customer service from the start.

Leighannah has been incredibly responsive and patient with all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. It’s crazy because at no point did I ever feel pressured to purchase. They wanted to make sure the laser would be the right fit for me.

I’ve also been so impressed with how streamlined and efficient the process has been. After sales support it felt like they seamlessly handed over the baton to clinical support with Amrita with my onboarding training.

The training was outstanding. Amrita was so generous with her time spending 2 hours longer than originally planned to make sure my entire team felt confident with the laser.

This is my first laser with Cutera and I hope not my last! It goes without saying that the laser itself has been exceptional, but it’s the customer service that’s blown me away.

I am a consultant dermatologist and bought my first laser machine from this company and have had a great experience so far. I've worked closely with Crystal, Cheri, Amrita, and Leighannah and I've been really impressed with the support that I have received from start to finish. Cutera is the company that really wants to support its clinicians and I've been provided with excellent hands on training as well as extra support including marketing.

My PDM is Amrita and she has been invaluable in providing training for both myself and my nurse in the device as well as providing ongoing encouragement and support in the business aspect of providing a leaser service.

I would really recommend the company to anyone thinking about purchasing lasers.

Cutera have been fantastic. I’m so pleased with my Secret RF device. The training and after sales service have been imppecable.

Have 4 Cutera devices and could not be happier with the clinical results. The whole team is hugely supportive and provide opportunities to enhance my knowledge at regular advanced workshops. The PDM team helped me with a launch and marketing strategy. Highly recommend.

I had bought a machine from the sales person covering London who forced me to pay a deposit I couldn’t afford, they risked my finance and mortgage payments. The UK sales trainer came to my clinic and had told me she does the training after drinking heavily. I also spoke to a the UK sales manager who promised to delay payments for 6 months but lied. You are at risk of being bullied into buying and rubbish after care. Don’t buy

Have worked with the Cutera Team for several months and its been a wonderful experience. Very impressive range of machines and quality train sessions available with hours to suit, definitely recommend.

We have two devices (SecretRF and the Xeo) by Cutera and I can honestly say the devices are world class, the results are fantastic and comfortable for patients as well as easy to use. I must say the whole Cutera team are so supportive and have been from day 1, I can reach out anytime and they will go out of their way to help. Thank you so much to everyone at Cutera!

By far the worst Laser company on face of the earth. MACHINES ALWAYS BREAKDOWN

Their immature senior marketing manager, who is now country manager believe it or not!!!! left us a negative review in retaliation to ours

First excel HR machine bought in 2021 not even a year old, breaks down 4 times in 4 months, causing us business disruption and losses.

It was that bad they gave us a new machine, and no surprise, 3 months in and we are getting a major error with the new machine that requires taking the machine away, for about a week, and no loan machines available.
I should have not come anywhere near Cutera, sales guy also lied on multiple occasions claiming the machine is the only one in the market that is cleared for Hair Removal when it isn't

The PDM support they promise you is non existent

I am in the US but cutera US has blocked all availability to review them so I will put it here. I would absolutely recommend against buying from this company. All together we have spend $150,000 with this company in lasers and machines. This is the second time in 2 years that it has been majorly broken. The first time it was out for over a month, this time we paid $3000 to have them come out and do the annual service maintenance on it and 3 DAYS later it was gushing water. We pay thousands to have it repaired and it is down for long stretches costing money in lost revenue. We have lost patients over it. There is no help or solution, just continue paying to have this piece of crap repaired. I will never ever buy from Cutera again and I just want everyone to know what kind of machines they are selling.
