I ordered an ita bag and it came fast and exactly as expected.

Literally the best uk based jfashion store, so much selection really affordable, great quality and fast delivery. Not much options for sizing unfortunately but that’s my only complaint.

I purchased a 7-inch vinyl. Fabulous sound quality, arrived very quickly (within 5 days) and a trustworthy brand. I'm always a little cautious about ordering things from brands I don't recognise but I would happily order again. The only improvement I would make is the font choice on the sleeve of the vinyl, as you don't get to choose and I'm not too fond of their choice. Other than that I would highly recommend.

I bought 3 outfits for my daughter and they all looked pretty bad, the fabric very cheap looking and the fit very odd. I sent them an email as soon as I received the package letting them know that my daughter didn't like the clothes and requesting a refund and told them that I had posted them back the items (at my own expense). I didnt get a reply, so we wrote again. This was on February and still didn't get a reply or a refund.

I did a huge order from these guys and I would definitely shop with them again. They have original Japanese products like Amuse plushies (and ones that Tofu Cute hasn't stocked in a while), Anime goodies like cosplay items and a huge selection of cutesy items and without breaking the bank.

My only issues are that nobody answers the phone there and one of the items of jewelry wasn't as amazing quality as the rest of the items. Other than that, I have my cart filled and will shop with them again! ^_^

EDIT: They have amazing tracking on their delivery. You get email updates for every step of delivery.

I really love Cutesykink. Service is excellent for their online shop and very friendly staff. Went to their shop for first time today and it is just an overload of cute ^_^ I have found my happy place - love it.

Perfect service fast efficient delivery, Superb quality of my daughters clothes and stationery for an excellent price. Without a doubt would shop direct from Cutesykink for the rest of my daughters stuff 100% happy Would highly recommend to anyone. So very happy with my purchases

Terrible customer service from the owner, they sent me the wrong item and told me that it was strange as so many others had received the right one? But that if I REALLY had a problem I could send it back.

Sent the order back, paying for postage myself (even though they sent ME the wrong item) and was refused a refund because the outfit was "worn" (read 'tried on for size')?!

After leaving a bad review on their FB page they argued with me and blocked me from the page!!

I had to open a PayPal dispute (thank god for PayPal) just to get my money back!

Items appear to be just overpriced stuff from other cheap online Asian websites anyway so no big loss there!

I buy all my stationary from here, it's always so cute and a good price too. One time there was a hole in the bag and had been taped up by Royal Mail and one of my pens was missing, the lady on the phone replaced it for me free even though it wasn't her fault.
