Great food

Great everything I ordered was perfect delivered and packaged very good. It says 3 to 5 days and it was here in three days.

Easy website to use

Easy website to use. Customer contact is quick to respond. Items arrived past best before date. Rechecked the website and could not see this information anywhere. Nil loss though as items were fine to eat past this date.

We specialise in selling short-date and past Best Before date food and we therefore emphasise the Best Before date of any product we sell to our customers.
Every food product listed on the website has the Best Before date clearly displayed underneath its picture on the category page and also underneath the title on the product details page.

Consistently good prices

I've ordered several times. There is a lot of choice and variety and new products are added all the time. Delivery times seem to differ, possibly due to how busy they are, but they're delivered by DPD couriers who are really good in my area.

It as taken over a week to get here to find half of my order is out of stock. I got a refund but still paid the same postage. Shouldn't it be cheaper if the weight is less?
I still have not received my refund could you let me know why please?

Our apologies for the delay in getting your order dispatched in time, we have been clearing through a large backlog of orders.

The weight of the order relates to the number of parcels that will be required for shipping the order. The weight of an individual parcel will still cost the same regardless if the weight is 2kg or 20kg as you are being charged per parcel and not weight.

Refunds for out-of-stock items are issued automatically by our refunds team within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
