My review is based on training I completed. Isaac was friendly, professional, and very clear throughout the session. He provided me with all the tools I need to effectively use the CV-Library database. His customer service was excellent, and he is always prompt in responding to any queries. Highly recommended !

I approached CV library as a recruiter to help with a campaign I was running. I dealt with David Payne throughout the process and I have to say I was very impressed by both the professionalism and the level of support offered but David and CV Library. Not pushy in the slightest, took the time to understand my needs, didn't upsell me on things I did not need and supported me throughout a trial period with them. If you are looking to recruit for specific roles, I would highly recommend CV library, easy to use searches, watchdogs and a support team that really cares that you are getting your monies worth. Pricing is way more reasonable than their competition too. We are not including this in our long term operation.

Callie Dyers was extremely helpful
she helped me with a login issue - smooth and seamless. Answered all questions with excellent politeness and solved issues promptly

Kaylin was Amazing she took the time to explain everything in detail.

CJ is always available ; today, he went the extra mile with conducting research and providing data that allowed for a change in strategy that will hopefully allow me to find the perfect candidate.

I found Toni's training session really valuable and worth while . She has taught me about extra searching tools how to gain the most out of C.V library .

I was having issues logging in first thing, which a few home remedies couldn't fix. The CV library team noticed and called me directly to help solve the problem, even without me submitting a report. A quick call with Emily and the problem was fixed in minutes. Super speedy without taking much of my time. Thank you!

Great customer service, very friendly and very helpful

As a business owner I have been working with CV lib for over 15 years and have weathered some difficult storms including a pandemic and economy challenges. Over the past 5 years the business has had to change to reflect these challenges. CV lib in particular Callie and Nikki have supported and offered patience, understanding and a flexible approach to ensure Zebrec continue to be a customer. Since uploading my cv and creating a profile I’m now constantly bombarded with scam calls and emails, I’ve never received a genuine call from an employer with a job opportunity .
I never receive relevant email job alerts either. Your recommendations are useless too - roles in Scotland or Yorkshire , really?? I specified my area, and you completely disregard this and send anything anywhere !!
CV library is just the same as all the other so called ‘leading’ job search sites - only interested in harvesting personal data and selling it to third parties.
After applying for a role there is no way to track the application or know if it was even received by the employer, they don’t even bother to respond or say if it’s successful or an interview.
No active roles at all. Fake and scams

In a challenging market, CV Library is doing as well as its competitors that we also use regarding applications and search results. Where CV Library beats its competitors is in the customer services provided, the regular calls to check in and always the offer help.

This has always happened since I have been using the job boards as a recruiter (around 10 years).

Session with Toni was very interactive and we got interesting insights about CV Library.
We got a few tricks up on our sleeves now, all thanks to Toni.
It was a lovely session.

Nick is a fantastic customer service executive. He has shown the upmost professionalism, patience and experience when showing us how to navigate CV Library. He has supported me and my colleague with understanding how to create watchdogs, find CVs and just general CV Library information.
