Ordered a tank in January 2018 it is now March still no tank. Contacted them , they apologised but no tank . Never again

Ordered a box back in december, first they said they dont have my color, now they won't respond, it's been 3 months. THEY STOLE MY $50 DO NOT USE THEM, THERE A SCAM

Absolutely unacceptable.
Batteries are fake. Shipping is terrible (in my case it took a month to get the order while it was promised to be 7-12 days). Support is slightly inadequate.

Customer service admits their website is inaccurate. Even if product shows in stock, and you pay for it ... if they can't order it, all they will do is refund your money.
If you get stern with them, all of a sudden they don't understand English anymore. Customer service is far from service, they are excuse personnel. Shop elsewhere that is reputable and can keep up with their actual inventory .... I believe all these people are, are middlemen taking your money and finding it cheaper elsewhere. .... do that yourself and save money.

Not a good experience with this site.
It started with a stolen mail account, since their website protection is a mess (and I've heard of other people's account hacked after registration).
Then the ordered item never arrived in 2 months! And after some time they even stopped replying.
If something changes, I'll keep you updated. Untill then, stay away from this site

Edit: it finally arrived after 65 days from the payment. So it wasn't a scam, but the shipment was horribly slow and the site has protection issues. If you're not in a hurry, you might consider it, otherwise stay away.

This company is the biggest fraud I've ever seen. I've been stupid enough to order again from them. The first product (found out after using it a while) is a CHEAP COPY. Their products are not authentic. This is fraud, but hey, they're China based. The joke is on us.

I was stupid enough to place a second order through these guys (before I discovered that the previous item was a cheap clone) and not only did they NEVER SEND MY ITEM, THEY LIED ABOUT SENDING IT. I had to file a claim through my card company.

Stay far far away from these scammers. And tell everyone you know.

I placed my order with cvapor.com on February 9, 2017. Paid an additional $19.35 USD for expedited EMS shipping/handling (3-9 day shipment). It is now February 26, 2017 and I have still not received my order (now 17 days later). My expedited 3-9 day shipment is out the door, and the $80.43 USD that I paid by credit card is also gone now, with no items sent to me. I live in USA, so there are no shipping regulations preventing me from receiving my order. When I contacted cvapor.com customer service to find out the status of my order, I was told that they would look into it (no further attempts to contact me have been made to me by cvapor.com). Do not order from this company unless you like to throw your money away to a company that does not fulfill their commitments to their paying customers. As cvapor.com will not return any of my requests for an update as to the status of my order (although my credit card has already been depleted of the $80.43 USD when my order was placed), I have resigned to the fact that I will never see my order shipped to me, and I just gave away $80.43 USD to a disreputable company. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, AND UNLESS YOU LIKE TO JUST LET A COMPANY STEAL YOUR MONEY, WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT, AVOID cvapor.com AT ALL COSTS!!

Really good webshop. They have authentic products, great customer support, free shipping (with several options), good prices and very big discounts and coupon codes.

Cvapor.com do offer - Great service. Free Shipping via HK. Item came under 2 weeks via Canada Post with signature on delivery.
Cvapor.com CSR did correct paper work for Can.Customs as item did not sit long at the border.. Authentic and quality products exactly what they described.
