PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY GO ELSEHWERE
This company should be shut down for their false misrepresentation , disgusting service and unprofessionalism.
It has now been 4 weeks and they decided to submit a 'Draft' version of the CV and cover letter which looks like a 10mnute copy and paste job from google and suitable for a high school student in which I was charged £120.
I asked for an immediate refund from the first atrocious draft and have continuously refused to refund me despite the work being shambolic.
I reminded them regardless of their pathetic policy, I am protected via Paypal money back guarantee and now taking it with them directly to get my money back as they are seriously one disgusting money people NEED to be aware off.
Please refrain from wasting your money, they WILL NOT give your money back the second you pay and I am fighting with Paypal as I am eligibe for my money.
I am going to leave this review everywhere I can and raise awareness until I get me £120 back because you think you can steal peoples money for a copy and paste job.
If you refund me, I will consider removing this review and off other places - It is very simple.

Misrepresentation, disgusting service and unprofessionalism: this is all factually incorrect. The team has been nothing but professional, willing and has bent over backwards to provide you with the service you paid for as well as a number of free services by way of apology for being unable to refund you at this stage.
It has now been 4 weeks and they decided to submit a 'Draft': again factually incorrect. You make it sound as though it took 4 weeks for you to receive a draft when in actual fact you paid on the 8th March and received your first draft on the 10th March. As is stated on the website we offer unlimited revisions and the first draft is just the start of the process. You came back stating you were not happy with the work done so far and we offered you a free 30 minute call with your writer to aid you in providing your feedback to us. You thanked us for this but asked for a refund again. We then offered to assign you a new writer for a fresh perspective while explaining why a refund was not available. This is often our first action when clients are not pleased with a first draft as it is vital that there is good rapport between client and writer for our collaborative process to yield strong results.
Our terms and conditions clearly state that a refund is not available once work has begun on your order. This is a standard form of refund policy for service businesses such as ours especially where work is of an iterative nature. Our staff need to be paid for the time they invest working on and/or providing support on clients' orders after all.
The first draft is always more basic and positioned toward ensuring you are happy with the career info that made the cut before we then proceed with the ongoing rewrite, keyword optimisation etc. It is a collaborative process between you and your writer.
So, in summary, what we have done is:
a) offer you a fresh perspective with a new writer
b) offer you a free 30-minute call with your writer
c) offer you two hours of free interview coaching, a social scrub report and photo editing on top of the services you paid for
I am sorry we could not provide you with a refund according to our terms. You mentioned that you went on and paid a second competing company to do the job for you (which is regrettable given that you could have had it done by us without spending any extra money and with the extra services we graciously provided on top of that). Anecdotally, the company you referred to operate the same sort of refund policy as us - and you could easily have been in the same boat with them.
It deeply saddens us that you would go so far to misrepresent the actions and professionalism of our team with such a factually incorrect review to cover additional cost you put upon yourself by ordering from a second provider while your order was still in progress with us. All of this without affording us the true opportunity to show you what we can do.
That being said, we remain fully at your disposal to get the job done to a high standard. We could even provide a second opinion of the work carried out by the other provider to elevate your CV even further. I hope you can see that the team here genuinely wants to help and ensure a solid end result for you so you can move ahead with your future career endeavours with renewed confidence.

Shocking experience - would not recommend to anyone.
It was awful, the first draft came back an turned a decent CV into something that didn't even make sense. It was built on a chain of long words with no meaning and no actual relevance to my role or experience. Would never use this service again, complete waste of my money!!!

At our core is our satisfaction guarantee meaning we will keep working with you until you are perfectly happy with the result. Where necessary we are even able to bring in a further writer for a fresh take. We remain fully at your disposal should you wish for us to take another look despite this review coming as a surprise to us well over a month after your writer Zeth had asked you for any further feedback you may have in hopes he could ensure you were pleased with the direction he was taking with your CV.
Extremely POOR quality
Very poor quality! So many obvious errors, lack of consistency, no attention to detail. They only copied and pasted everything from my old CV to a new template. They did not improve anything whatsoever!! and they called it Premium CV writing!! Complete waste of time and money. I am so disappointed.
UPDATE: After 9 drafts - VERY poor quality (formatting errors, typos, inconsistencies, repetitions). The "senior" writer only accept the changes I made to the document without even bothering to read or review my writing. I had to micromanage and point out (more than once) where the typos were and where the formatting errors were and how to correct them. I don't see this "excellent results" you talk about. Also, the "senior" writer did not write more than 10 words! I basically paid for an expensive £120 template. Complete waste of money and time.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
