It's a scam. It can't be legal to use the information (email address) from the created cv against one!! my nephew made a CV, used my PayPal to pay. They created a subscription with his email and my pay method!! Had no idea they can do it! Couldn't cancel on the web page since there was no subscription with my email there and I had no idea they used his!! My nephew didn't get a subscription confirmation e-mail but I have been charged 19,99 after 15day trial!!! Eventually I managed to cancel via their customer support but no refund. What I did? Went to my bank and contacted PayPal- I got my money back today. Took only 48 hours. CONTACT YOUR BANK FOLKS and stay away from cvmaker.hr, cvmaker.nl, cvmaker. pl... It is a scam network

Its a scam. Autorenews without a warning and no refund.

This "company" is a SCAM! I crated a CV and paid 99 cents using my debit card, CVmaker failed to mention that this was actually a subscription worth 19€ per month, i was NOT informed about that, when I completed the payment it said clearly it was 99 cents. So imagine my shock when I was charged 19€ after 14 days. I asked them multiple times via email to refund me and that I do not need their useless services, but they refused. They're not a LEGIT company, they're a bunch of low life scammers!

I signed up for the CVMaker.com.gr trial period, which initially charged €0.99. There was no clear or explicit notice that the subscription would automatically renew at €19.99 per month. After the first charge, I was unable to get a refund despite multiple attempts to contact support. My experience shows that the renewal policy is misleading and makes it difficult for users to cancel before being charged. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Not a free service as advertised

I’m very disappointed with CVmaker. I paid for what I believed was a one-time resume service, but later my card was charged again for a subscription I never intentionally agreed to. The subscription terms were not clearly stated during payment.

Customer support refused to issue a refund, referring to hidden terms and conditions that are easy to miss.

⚠️ Be careful: this site automatically enrolls you in a recurring subscription even if you just want to download your resume once.

Just don't trust them. They trick you into a subscription and charge you 19.99 euros every month.
Totally unethical tactics! Beware!

Scam! You need to cancel the subscription through an email. The email is not listed or wrongly listed onthe webpage you make the order. On the payment details there is another email. They are answering only if you cancel through paypal , if you are lucky and check that option .

They tried to charge me 19.99 for some tiny print. Might pursue legal action under Directive 2005/29/EC and Greek Law 2251/1994.

SCAMMERS. IF YOU PAY THE 0,99€ FOR YOUR CV, THEN THEY STEAL YOU EVERY MONTH WITH 19.99€ AND THEY DONT REFUND THE MONEY. THEY AUTOMATICALLY POURCHASE IF YOU DONT CHECK THE MICROSCOPIC LETTERS. WHY AN UNEMPLOYER NEED TO PAY MONTHLY FOR HIS CV? INSANE LOGIC. BIG SCAMMERS, THEY STEAL THE POORS. BE CAREFUL!

CV maker took my money unauthorized and without my permission, 25 dollars gone. The customer service is reluctant to help me and due to policies they will not be able to pay be back the money.

They stole my money and customer service does nothing.

Although the application is very good and useful, unfortunately their administrators are not so attentive to their customers. Even though I had not subscribed, I was charged €19.99 and the administrators decided that they will not refund the money I was charged. I consider it unethical at the very least.

They were charging me 19,99€ per month without me knowing. And in June, they changed me twice ! I did not consent to this. Thieves!!!!!

It’s a scam !!!! Do not proceed with a cv maker account, they will threaten you and take your money! You will speak with adama petropoulos and she will say that it’s your fault!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM / i will post pictures too! They take your personal information as well!!! Be careful!!! I already spoke with them / their public answers are anonymous and they are trying to scam you and show that they are a legal company! GIVE ATTENTION AND PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY DO NOT PROCEED WITH AN ACCOUNT ON THEIR WEBSITE. They took my personal information and then threatened me that they will give my data to the legal department!!! SOS!!! I will post this all over social media in order to provide safety and protect people!!!

It is for the Greek version of the site. 0.99€ for a 14-day trial and you are trapped fully. No emails, no reminders, no REFUNDS no cooling off period, NOTHING 19.99€ of Just continuous bank withdrawals.
They have the 19.99€ on their website with the smallest digital print possible so you fall for the scam.
Why would someone looking for a job, using this service pay 19.99€ monthly for a CV?

They charge a subscription of 19.99 euros per month against your will. I do not strongly recommend it.
