Negative — O stars the big fat zero
Pharmacy does not know their job after waiting 30 min for meds the on duty Pharmacist A . Diibbert wants me to wait another hour or so for her to bill the proper insurance with a known fact she has all the paperwork and information to do it now. The check out clerk asked me to many questions that could be a possible violation of hippo law.

Find another pharmacy. The fact is I was there just few days ago and that pharmacist knew how to bill correctly in less than (5) minutes .

Aetna works long with cvs do not let…

Aetna works long with cvs do not let them lie to you its a big time lie this is for cvs with Aetna before you use Aetna for cvs for your mail order for your medications not for your otc mail order .They tell you one thing and do other first l was told it was coming local with in my state however it is not because they send it out 14 days before you run out but you will not get it into the 14 day on less you pay 20 $ for next day mail this to get your money and make you wait .l know when l was with Geisinger they did not do this to me tell any one you know that dose the mail in order on less you pay you will not get it into the 14 day they have been playing games with me since February 1 .I'm new to Aetna l feel sorry for you if your new too them pass this to any one you know that dose the mail in order and i can see why people leave Aetna with cvs

CVS IS TERRIBLE

CVS IS TERRIBLE, NEVER RETURN THEIR PHONE MESSAGE REQUESTS. The new Robot messaging system is pathetic. They never have called me back in 3 different times.
I am pulling all current prescriptions and transferring elsewhere. NO MORE DEALING WITH THESE INCONSIDERATE IDIOTS.

If you use CVS pharmacy

If you use CVS pharmacy, STOP!!! They are the worst company and don’t care about their customers at all! We were forced to switch to them for daughter’s specialized medication last fall. January 1st we got new insurance. We should have had 4 doses delivered since then and we’ve received NONE!!! 6 weeks without meds is unacceptable! They never call to communicate and have even cancelled orders without telling me. When I call, they always have a different excuse! First it was they didn’t have the pre approval. Then it was the wrong department, then it was waiting on “insurance verification”. I called and raised a little hell on Thursday and she was supposed to speed it up. Meds were supposed to arrive Saturday…. Guess what? No meds. No call. I called today and they now need our copay assistance because the copay is $6200!!!! Keep in mind, all this information was provided to them by me or the doctor’s office in January!!!! (And no, we can’t just switch pharmacies… it’s a rare disease and a rare medication, only provided by one pharmacy)

The worst website and support ever

The worst website and support ever. MySpace worked better than this ridiculous excuse for a web app.

Just randomly changed the pick-up location to from TX to RI. No way to cancel the order, phone support is just useless/clueless AI agent.

This place doesn’t deserve no stars…

This place doesn’t deserve no stars they’re so unprofessional at the 988 Forest Street Dover De. 19904. The pharmacist Keith Hughes was rude unprofessional and all. My doctor prescribed my medication on the 9th they stated they didn’t have it and when the receptionist from my doctors office called they had on hold for 5/10 minutes and I watch them walked around that phone like it’s what they do. So after talking to another associate who by the way filled the wrong prescription for me she stated she ask the young lady was that they only one which she try to blame it on the young lady but she filled it why didn’t she look. Take accountability for your part. Then my son prescription wasn’t even filled after been on since Monday as well. This place is horrible every time I go there it’s a problem. No more going somewhere else.

How is this outfit still in business

How is this outfit still in business? As of January 1 my new insurance is contracted with CVS for OTC items. CVS OTC items are more then double the prices from every other pharmacy outlet and each store is different from which items they carry. In Orlando, which has become a third world city, customer care is barely noticeable. What a joke; stay away at all costs!

Entitled, passive aggressive sarcastic pharm tech

I live out of state. I am vacationing in Vero Beach, Florida for the month of February. My doc sent a refill request for my med to CVS 8495 us-1 vero beach fl 32967. The pharmacy tech asked to see my ID. I did not have it with me as I did not know I would need it. I have never been asked by my local CVS for my ID. When I told her I did not have it, she asked how I got to the store. I calmly and kindly replied, 'Can you help me understand how your question relates to my prescription?' What really bothers me is that she truly did not think that was an inappropriate question as it had no bearing on my prescription refill. And FYI, I went to get my husband in our car and he came in with his ID, I got my script.

Working with CVS is a Nightmare

I would give this company a zero if it was an option. I spent 3 hours trying to get some simple information on pharmacy bills and could not complete this task. They have 3 different websites for CVS, CVS Caremark & CVS Specialty, 3 different support groups for each of these divisions of CVS and I need 3 different accounts to login for each of these. They are truly three separate companies. Today I called to pay 1 of the many bills my daughter has and they said that she does not show a balance. Why do I have a stack of bills from them if that is the case. This company is a nightmare to work with. If you have options I would strongly recommend steering clear of CVS.

Lance at 8560 hulen st. Fort worth texas waited on me at the pharmacy window. Was so pleasant and help me with all i needed. He did his job pleasant and efficient and such a pleasure i ask his name and told him i would leave him a amazing reveiw bacause he deserved it. So i kept my promise and truely hope he Sees this.

Not Recommended

Consistently bad service at this CVS pharmacy location.
Pickup is particularly unhappy with long waits and unmotivated, even rude, staff. After several bad experiences, I transferred prescription across the street to Publix pharmacy where service was quick and friendly.

Horrible customer service

I'm writing a review on the CVS Pharmacy located at 1700 Milton Ave, Janesville, Wi . This review has been along time coming. I'm am so tired of being treated so disrespectful by everyone in the Pharmacy including the Pharmacist. The minute I get to the counter to pickup my prescriptions the worker has a smug look on her face. No smile no how can I help you etc...
Phone calls frequently go unanswered regardless of the time of day . I have to leave name & number and pray i get a phone call back. When calls are answered, staff responses are often rude and unhelpful. Patients are being informed that prescriptions are “not available,” when in reality the medication is either out of stock or a prior authorization is required. The other day I went to pick up prescription that was filled incorrectly the lady at desk said was resolved I looked at it and it was never fixed I advise her this was still incorrect she had a attitude from the start never said a word 10 minutes later said come back AGAIN later will have to fix the order. I'm am just so tired of CVS pharmacy thinking I owe them something. I mean everytime it's just crazy how rude they are everyone of them. I've been going to this location for over 10 years ( Only because this is the pharmacy my insurance states I HAVE TO USE )and it's definitely at its worst . Obviously I'm not only one who feels this way almost every review 99.9% states the same thing. 1.5 rating that should tell you something. I wonder how corporate would feel about the way CVS pharmacy treats people Obviously all different stores in different states have same issues. Treat people with respect & put a smile on your face when greeting customers your there to help us it's your job! I used the day I was last at CVS for this review but this is an everytime occurrence. This review is from my husband M.P. and myself C.P. both treated with no respect & definitely no customer service.

THE CVS STORE AT 1570 ROSECRANS AVE. IN MANHATTAN BEACH IS SUFFERING FROM IRREGULAR SHIPMENTS OF PRODUCTS.

THE CVS STORE AT 1570 ROSECRANS AVE. IN MANHATTAN BEACH HAS NOT CARRIED 1 LITRE AND 2 LITRE BOTTLES OF DIET COKE FOR WELL OVER A MONTH. APPARENTLY NOTHING IS BEING DONE BY CVS MANAGEMENT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THE CVS EMPLOYEES I ASKED SAY THAT PEPSI CO. IS THE DIET COKE SUPPLIER, SO WHY ISN'T CVS STORE MANAGEMENT TALKING TO THE SUPPLIER? I RECENTLY BOUGHT DIET COKE AT WALGREENS AND A CVS STORE ON SEPULVEDA BLVD. IN MANHATTAN BEACH, BUT WHY ISN'T THE CVS STORE AT 1570 ROSECRANS AVE. IN MANHATTAN BEACH GETTING LARGE BOTTLES OF DIET COKE?

ALSO TROUBLING IS THAT THE CVS STORE AT 1570 ROSECRANS AVE. IN MANHATTAN BEACH HAS NOT GOTTEN A SHIPMENT SINCE LAST NOVEMBER OF ITS OWN BRAND OF B-12 5000 MCG DISSOLVING VITAMINS. POOR MANAGEMENT?

I RECENTLY CALLED THE CVS CORPORATE OFFICE PHONE NUMBER IN RHODE ISLAND, ONLY TO FIND THAT CVS CEO DAVID JOYNER'S NAME IS NOT RECOGNIZED BY THE HIDEOUS CVS PHONE BOT. IT APPEARS THAT CVS CEO DAVID JOYNER'S NAME HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE LIST OF COMPANY EXECUTIVES THAT CVS CUSTOMERS CAN CALL, AND EMAILING DAVID JOYNER IS - FROM MY EXPERIENCE - A FUTILE UNDERTAKING.

WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON WITH CVS CORPORATION AND ITS 1570 ROSECRANS AVENUE STORE? GOING, GOING, GONE...???

CVS in 9901B Thunderbird in SUN CITY, AZ

The Pharmacy and employees in the store are nice but the woman manager is just plain nasty and short tempered. I just received an OTC benefit card and asked her to please tell me which items are eligible. I never bought OTC items through insurance before so I didn't know how it works. She said you have to buy them all first! I said to please tell me so I know if I am covered. She said "Only 1 of them is and I won't tell you which one" and she walked away. Who talks that way to a customer? If CVS wants their customers to remain loyal then they have to get rid of this rude intolerant manager. This CVS is in a retirement community and she is not fit to work here.
