They authorize the return but retain everything: attention!!

This experience is extremely negative and, in my opinion, very serious.
I bought a robot but received a completely different product than I ordered. After sending detailed photos as evidence, the seller still acknowledged the situation and authorized me to return.
I returned the product following all the instructions. Not only that, but I was also required to sign a document confirming receipt, which I did on a regular basis.
Since then, the seller's behavior has become totally unacceptable:
No reimbursement, no solution, just rejections and unfounded accusations.
To date:
the seller has the product
I have not received any refund
I find myself without a product and without money
Despite concrete evidence (chats, photos, signed documents), the seller claims that the return does not result in their systems, even going so far as to insinuate misbehavior on my part, without any evidence.
I consider this behaviour to be absolutely unfair and harmful to the customer.
Such management is unacceptable in online commerce.
I strongly advise against this seller. Be very careful!!
I reported the whole situation to Amazon and I continue to take action.
