While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

14 Years of Loyalty Met with Automated Disregard

As a high-end evaluator who collaborated with CXG (formerly Albatross) for 14 years across global markets like Singapore, New York, and Europe, I am deeply disappointed to witness the company’s decline in ethics and humanity.

After over a decade of dedicated service to their most prestigious luxury accounts, my collaboration was terminated without a single human interaction. While CXG publicly prides itself on 'Customer Experience' and 'building relationships,' my experience proves that behind the curtain, they have replaced professional respect with cold, automated indifference.

Even after executive leadership admitted a 'clear gap' in their communication and processes, the damage to their credibility remains. If you are a professional looking for a partnership based on integrity and mutual respect, look elsewhere. CXG has lost the 'human touch' that is essential to the luxury industry they claim to represent. A 14-year legacy deserves more.
