Cannot get a response after multiple attempts

I have tried to get into contact with cyberfarm, after my synthesizer needs a repair. It was purchased less than two years ago from cyberfarm - I sent a message through a webform, after another week I sent an email to their info mail (here I got a confirmation that they have received my email and will respond after half a day), after another week I sent a reminder email, now I week later I have sent an email in the chat.

From what I can tell, customer support is appalling.

Hi Cecilia.
We received your Synth this morning.
As I wrote to you in the email - it not a good idea to use other PSUs than the original one if you are not 100% that it has the right specifications as it can damage the synth if you are unlucky. We have now checked the unit. It seems to work as it should. We have swapped faulty PSU for one that works - Free of charge.
We are of course not happy about getting a bad review because of a missed e-mail?
I think we have proven you wrong - when you say our customer support is appalling. You have not even bought the Synth from us. In fact you have never purchased anything from us, as far as I can tell. You could have burned your synth. Instead we spent a lot of time communicating things to you - and helping you solve your problem which turns out to be self inflicted on your behalf. And you leave us with a 3 star review.
In our world - not justified at all - Paints a very wrong picture of us. Hopefully others can see this.
Starting out by leaving us a bad review - before something has even started usually don´t give one the best impression.
Not realizing how important reputation for most companies are - show poor judgement in our opinion.
For the future we urge you think about being kind and fair towards others, before judging.
Especially if you need someones help and in a situation like this.
Forcing someone with bad reviews is never a good idea- especially if you are wrong in the first place and the it turns out it was absolutely unnecessary. :)




Hi Cecilia. We are very sorry that you did not get an answer sooner on your request regarding your repair issue. We do have a repair link directly on our website for exactly these kind of things. The info mail is not for repairs - it is meant for more general inquiries (Not urgent ones - Like repairs usually are ) We understand that it can be difficult to know this of course. You are of course entitled to your opinion on our customer support. We tend to think we are friendly and we always look to find the best possible solution for our clients in any given situation. We have sent you an email today to figure out, what can be done to solve this, the best way possible. Did you talk to anyone on the phone at any point in time? If so, you should have been directed to our repair link on our website, and there would be no need to leave a bad review. From our perspective this clearly a miscommunication and unfortunate events, that could easily have been avoided. If you had seen the repair link - or had called us - Hopefully this situation would not have happened.
We need to be more clear on how contact should be made with us, depending on what the matter is. Again our apologies for any inconvenience it may have caused you.

Extremely fast and friendly

Extremely fast and friendly. BTW, the Beyerdynamic iDX 200 IE are not available in other Danish internet shops. The price was pretty low. Thx!
