The PC is well made
The PC is well made, didn't have to do really anything before being able to use it. Shipping was faster than I was expecting, and the computer was package very securely.

From purchase to delivery, no problems whatsoever, excellent service. Setup was simple and easy, the only issue being that the mouse only partially works; the left and right buttons are fine, but there's no cursor on the screen and no color on the mouse itself (probably a hardware problem). I'm still waiting for feedback on this aspect. A good product for gamers.

The PC was good for 4 months then all went wrong
The PC was good for 4 months then all power went in the PC. They then told me I have to pay to get it fixed even under warranty. I requested a phone call with them and the person on the phone was horrifically rude. All I asked for was it fixing as I had no problems before that. That phone call told me everything I needed to know about the company. I’ve now requested a refund and will be using that money to go elsewhere.

spending money - Great. Need help - not so great
great when spending money, not great when you need help from them with issue on the PC you spend over 2k on. Contacted Cyber power to discuss an issue with my graphics card, endless loop of no answers.

My computer (4080) is a little over a…
My computer (4080) is a little over a year old and I'm starting to have issues. I missed the 2 year warranty policy for parts by 6 days!!! I purchased the computer (spent over $4,000) on 11/9/24 and if I had purchased it on or after 11/15/24, my parts would still be under warranty. I have had to recently purchase a new fan because the baron in the fan went bad and it started making a terrible noise. Now, my CPU cooler is going bad. I can order one on Amazon for approximately $160. This should NOT be happening when it is ONLY a little over a year old. I would not recommend buying from this company. I just spoke with a customer service representative and kindly asked if they would make an exception and was told no. :(
