Great PC!, built to a high standard, customer service was great and quick and they even offered for it to be delivered prior to my chosen day.
I was very happy with their help and assistance prior and during my purchase. The updates and delivery was also first rate. I cannot say there is value for money due to the prices of GPU’s and ram, but the prices are good for the specs I chose compared to pre-built. Unfortunately once the PC arrived I had an issue with very loud case fans and no way to control. The fan hub had been incorrectly wired and when I spoke to customer support they were sure it is not an issue. I took the decision to re-wire the fan hub myself and this resolved the issue. I will warn anyone to check they have not plugged the fan hub either into the CPU or pump ports on their motherboard. On the MSI motherboard I have these ports should be reserved for the correct item. They offered to take my system back to fix but after talking to customer support, I did not trust it would have been correctly re-wired. The system is now fine and I’m enjoying very much.

First time CyberPower PC customer and I chose them for my custom built PC after looking at reviews online. I contacted customer support with my requirements and I received a prompt reply and custom build details within 24 hours. PC arrived slightly earlier than quoted, so that was a bonus. I’m really happy with the spec and build, runs zbrush smoothly, no crashing (like had on my old pc) and is much faster at renders etc. I had a small issue with the fan hub which was resolved quickly and customer support have been very helpful throughout. Would recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.

First time buying a pc very easy to setup
Sound card not working on back of case and having to use headphone socket on front to get any sound. Every time I close a game or app, the screen goes blank and I have to reset 10 - 15 times a day. I am returning it for a full refund.
Genuinely top tier process. Throughout the whole process I was kept informed of any changes or issues they encountered and even answered some of my absurd questions. Will 100% be recommending to anyone who wants to get into pc gaming or looking for a new pc
The PC is generally well-built with the correct components. However, my CPU water cooling fan was installed in the wrong direction, causing 5 - 10°C increase of my CPU temperature. The fan noise is unusually loud. I plan to apply some lubricant oil later to see if it helps. Meanwhile, buyers need to carefully familiarize themselves with the details of all components. When I got my PC, the Wi-Fi signal was abnormally weak, which confused me for quite a while—until I discovered an external antenna for motherboard included in the accessory pack.
Absolutely amazing works perfectly and a easy set up, also i wanna thank the guy on your team i spoke to he was amazing and designed me the best PC within my price range, customer support top notch. He deserves a raise.
After alot of research and waiting to pull the trigger I went with CyberPowerPC Don't regret it As someone who didn't have the experience or time to self build I went with these guys As a rough guide 6% of the total price was into the cost getting it built Further offset buy the promotions running on the GPU and CPU for games I won't Totally worth it 👌
