Excellent PC, very well put together. Managed to fit a 360 radiator and 5.25 drive in the top. Only gripe is that there was a lack of communication about the build. I had to ring them to find out that the PSU I ordered had been replaced (with a better one at no cost). I added some fans, which were superfluous, so I now have three unused fans (I would have cancelled the order for them). I would now recommend buying a pre-built PC. The warranty and peace of mind that it works is worth the small extra cost compared to the uncertainty that I used to have when I built my own.

A mixed bag but largely positive. 95% happy with my purchase. The one issue I have is quite an interesting one in my opinion though. So simple a mistake that you wouldn't think a professional builder could possibly make the error. The pc I ordered had 6 total fans. 3 for the AIO and 3 case fans. Happy with the intake/exhaust layout but they decided that all of these fans needed daisy chaining together and plugging into the same header as the pump on the motherboard. On a 3 pin connector. So that's 6 fans and the pump all going on the same header. This means that any form of fan control isn't going to work because all it sees is the pump. So there's very limited feedback for your cooling. It being on a 3 pin also meant that the fans were either idle or on max, trying to take off. I knocked a star off of quality because of this. I had to fix this myself by taking it apart and connecting everything properly. If an amateur like myself can do this why can't a professional? This really isn't an issue I should have had. Took just over a week to get a custom build pc at only slightly more than the price of building it myself would have been. Top marks for that. Bit of a mess around with DPD but I can't blame CPUK for that.

Price, the online custom edit tool, customer (I used it twice, both email and telephone), communication through build to delivery, every aspect has been exception. Really pleased with how the new setup has turned out. Could find the setup I have better anywhere else. That includes a 4k monitor which even Amazon couldn't beat on price.
