This is the second time I've ordered with CyberPower PC. So far, absolutely loving my new PC. Super fast and efficient, works really well for my gaming and work needs. The process of ordering to delivery was smooth and was informed of when my delivery would be received, and it actually turned up when it said it would! Can't comment too much on the value for money as the current market prices are wild. It was at the upper end of my budget for a PC, but so far, I would buy again.

Very happy with the purchase. Only complaint would be delivery, because although I was fine with waiting the time I was given, DPD managed to fail to deliver my parcel the first time which meant I had to wait a few more days to get it. However, I accept this is DPD's fault.

I went absolutely mad and splashed out £3000 on a dream custom-build pc as I wanted complete control on the parts and also the aesthetics. I’d spent several weeks looking at all the big names in the UK - Chilliblast, Stormforce, PC Specialiat, AWD-IT, and a few others and in the end I went with Cyberpower as I was able to choose the parts I wanted at a competitive price. When checking out I had the option to put specific instructions in a notes box regarding the fan configuration which I thought was great! Another great thing is that you can actually telephone this company and speak to them which I was amazed at to be honest. They were very responsive by phone and e-mail as I fine-tuned my fan configuration and they offered good advice. Once I’d checked out I was kept regularly up to date by e-mail and texts regarding the build progress and delivery and my PC was delivered by DPD in-line with the initial lead time which was great, especially considering ordering a custom-build near Christmas. As instructed on the box I unboxed the PC and turned it on within 48 hours to make sure it works and I’ve gotta say it’s a real thing of beauty and it really is my dream PC. I was particularly pleased to see that an additional case fan was installed at no extra cost (to have the airflow as perfect as possible I presume). Overall I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase, the only negative I have is having to pay an extra £33 for the PC to be packaged properly and for two other ‘optional extras’ which felt necessary considering the amount of money I was spending. This is my third PC from this company and I would absolutely recommend them without a doubt.

Hi this pc was well recieved thank you .. the only issue i have just found out is that i dont know why the bottom fans on the case are ramping up in speeds when ive done a fan curve. ive found that i can't change the bottom case fan colours at all and ive now found these cables not connected to anything is this the reason why?, also if i connect this to my motherboard will i then be able to customise the colours and change the fan speed.
