Extremely speedy delivery, given I ordered on a weekend - they were already prepped Monday morning and could have delivered that same day (as their same day before 2pm delivery option allowed). Great rig and set up properly, no issues.
Great service overall
This is my second PC from Cyberpower. I was very happy how long my last built lasted without a single issue. But it was time for a change. I got it delivered in a few days, even though it's been sent to Ireland. Great packaging, not a loose thing in a box. Came with a lot of extra cables, a bluetooth yoke and a spare front case wall. By the way, the entire case doesn't need any tools if you need to take it apart. So far, no dissapointments at all. Very quiet, doesn't heat much even when playing demanding games on ultra. I love how compact it is as I just setup my new desk and it barely takes any space as it's more of a tower rather than a box. Overall very happy and would recommend the company to anyone looking for a great price and high quality equipment.
Very easy to order, delivery was a day late, but communication was excellent throughout and I got an upgrade too. Once delivered, I couldn't work out how to connect to HDMI (port was in an interesting location), but after a couple of messages I was up and running in no time. Very happy with the computer, it runs beautifully quietly and runs top games too. Very satifisfied with my purchase.
