Sent the wrong colour and it was also a completely different case to the one in the picture Offered me a voucher if I kept it, turned it on to test first, the fan ran continuously, sounded like a plane taking it off. Sent it back got a refund

All good, pc runs like a dream, only issue I had was some of my items on the order where out of stock, which I was not informed about, but one 5 minute call and this was sorted for me
First completely pre built I've bought, this was to replace a previous cyberpower tower that was a Mish mash of parts and upgrades, loved that thing too. Early days but very happy so far, running Black Myth Wukong on very high with little to no trouble and barely up spin on the fans. Currently a mini heat wave in the humid UK too. Optimistic going forward with the new rig
