Absolutely Fantastic! This PC was delivered next day! Packaging is excellent - no way any harm could come to your PC. It is a brilliant machine - better than I had hoped for and perfect for all your possible needs. It is very fast - everything is quick and makes anything you do more efficient and giives a much better excperience. From start to finish, from the staff to the product - everything was fantastic! Best PC manufacturer in the UK in my opinion. I bought my son's last PC from them and it was excellent so when mine broke, I used them again. Five stars for everything - staff, computer, packaging, delivery. Great British company with English staff on the phone if you ring.
works perfectly and the temps are really good, and its just in general really worth it.
Super quick delivery and professionally build. Definitely would recommend!
After having a few weeks to try the PC out I can say it is amazing all round from the ordering on the site to gaming all night with the pc not even getting warm. Communication has been great even though I haven't had to call cyber power as i have had no problems there were lots of emails at the beginning all very helpful. If I ever need another pc I will be using cyber power. Thanks for the great product and service

AVOID AT AL COSTS. DO NOT BUY FROM CYBERPOWER So I ordered a 'NEXT DAY' off the shelf gaming PC. I opted for the 'Infinity 149' model, which had an i9 processor, liquid cooler, 32gb ram and a gigabyte 5070 graphics card. I paid extra delivery charge for it to arrive on a Saturday morning. When it arrived the first thing I noticed was the casing door wasn't attached. I initially put this down to transit. Then I noticed that the rig didn't have the liquid cooler (or a liquid cooler at all).. Instead there was a huge BeQuiet fan cooler on top of the processor, which had been so poorly put in place that it wasn't level and this was what was causing the case door to pop off. The graphics card was the next thing I noticed, an MSI 4080 instead of the Gigabyte 5070.. Also one of the components was also dangling loose inside the case. I thought I would turn it on to confirm my suspiscion that this was the infinity 147 in the infinity 149 casing as these components matched that model. However when trying to boot up the rig it wouldn't, instead would just been 3 times. Cyberpower doesn't work at the weekends, but I tried to contact someone on their discord group. The person who was replying to me kept shifting the blame from Cyberpower and asked me how I knew the rig wasn't what I ordered when I couldn't boot it up to check the components.. Well I have eyes and can clearly see 2 components aren't correct. He again kept blaming transit, including the loose component.. First thing on Monday I spoke to customer services who tried to tell me I had recieved the correct machine/spec.. I had to inform a Cyberpower PC employee what spec I should have received and to look at their own website. They took minimal responsibility for their error, and he admitted that the rig had just been picked off the shelf and not even checked before sending out. They also blamed transit for the rig not working and the loose component that should just 'pop back onto the case'.. I don't know how it could pop back on with no screws for the screw holes of the component.. Perhaps the DPD driver opened the box, unscewed it, and sealed the box back up. I was told I would have to send back the PC before they could send a new one out to me. I asked how long this would take and was told I'd need to fill in the form on my email. No compensation or offering my any kind of good will gesture for their mistake and incompetance, was forthcoming still trying to blame transit for the mess. I filled in the form which then said I needed to wait another 24 hours for someone to process the return. So I called up and after I said I wanted my money back because I couldn't trust them to send me the correct machine the second time, or that it would arrive in a working state, all of a sudden they could instantly process my return. It arrived back on Wednesday and I then got an email saying it would take 3-5 business days for my refund, however if I didn't receive it in 5 days to wait 14-21 days.. I did get my refund on the 5th business day, exactly 2 weeks after I ordered the 'NEXT DAY' gaming PC. This company had my money for 14days and refused to take ownership for their mistake and clearly don't do any QC/QA on any 'NEXT DAY' off the shelf PC Avoid at all costs
