We received our first PC and when opened glass was smashed and broken was told to switch on and they would send me a new panel to replace it .then they sent me a new computer within 3 days we had to open and work it now few days later keeps crashing and shutting down spent over £6.000 NOW SO DISAPPOINTED

I’ve used Cyberpower a couple of times now and am always blown away by their professionalism and expertise. This time, due to some unfortunate bad luck, I had to send the system back for repairs. DPD then damaged it and a replacement was issued. The whole process was dealt with brilliantly by Cyberpower’s customer support. Curtis, Alan and Jacob were amazing throughout the whole process and, while it took some time to get things right, the end result has made me incredibly happy. I highly recommend Cyberpower because they will do everything they can to ensure your system is working to a very high standard. I will definitely be using them again in the future. The product is great the performance is incredible it’s quite pricey but the price to performance is worth every penny. Delivery time was good even though customer support contacted me to change some parts to make the performance and looks better super helpful and the computer is amazing

Apart from the ssd heat cover had come off and has scratched the top of the motherboard luckily it was in the fan when it got here and not done anymore damage the box looked like it had a good kicking but all in all still working as should man who delivered it just laughed when I said about the damage to the box 5 stars for cyber power 0 stars for dpd

I used Cyberpower ten years ago for my two main computers. I was impressed with the build quality. After ten years it was time to upgrade so I bought another two. I'll be contacting Cyberpower again in ten years time.

Overall very pleased with the PC and the build quality. The only reason it is 4 star and not 5 star is my disappointment in the fact that my request on the placement of additional fans was ignored. I bought 4 extra fans (£85) with a request that 1 was fitted at the back and 3 in the available slots on the right hand side. The one in the back was fitted but the 3 for the side were not and just sent loose. If there was a reason they could not be fitted I would have expected to be contacted and told this. Other than this one issue I am happy with my purchase and would consider using CyberPower again in the future.

So far, the most expensive pc that I bought from Cyberpower, and it's worth it. I have the latest ddr5 RAM, 4080 graphics, i9. Only 3 weeks old and I love the RGB LED fans. Thanks guys. Job well done
