Bought a machine for my CAD business, spec'ed it out how I wanted. Really good machine, really good build time and great customer service from the guys at CyberPowerPC. Will use them again in the future.
I recently took delivery of the high spec desktop I ordered from CyberpowerPC. I decided to use this company as they generally get good reviews and are based only 30 minutes from where i live (thus avoiding the delivery company lottery). After agreeing spec, the system was built within the agreed time frame and on delivery I found I needed one change of hardware to meet my needs. CyberpowerPC dealt with this professionally and my new PC is now up and running. I'm happy with what I ordered and I would use CyberpowerPC again.

The equipment is indeed very beautiful and well-made, however I believe that for the price paid, it could have better communication, in addition to some issues with the USB port that I am still monitoring to understand what is happening.

Delivered quickly and everything as promised
So easy and intuitive to order. Delivery as requested. Build and look excellent. Always kept informed and updated of any changes. Most importantly the PC smashes all games played so far. Totally recommended!!

My third Cyberpower PC, and as the others I am very pleased with the quality of the PC and the service provided.
Unfortunately the PC was dead on arrival with a faulty PSU. Cyberpower swapped it out very quickly but I had to remove the faulty PSU and fit the replacement myself which I agreed to do instead of returning the PC. As I went to Cyberpower to save building my own PC this time that was a little annoying. There was no evidence of damage to packaging but the standard packaging is not very substantial so I assume the PSU was damaged by tough handling. You can pay extra for better packing but maybe this should be the standard offer. Once I had replaced the PSU the PC has been brilliant. Does exactly what I want editing photos and videos and reduced the time for AI noise reduction on photos down from 70 minutes to 15 seconds!
This is not my first Cyberpower PC, so this shows the confidence I have in their computers. Spec and build quality is good value. I have no problems so far and I am pleased with the computer.
My last computer was from GladiatorPCs and was a disaster all throughout. Cyberpower has been amazing. Fast, professional and just a great service!

Amazing Quality. Great customer service. Changed my mind a few times about some of the components but the team were happy to help.
First time customer here, communication was excellent with answering all my questions within 24 hours. Delivery was exceptional with Pc arriving 1 week earlier than expected. Build quality is fantastic, everything arrived well packaged, no marks or scratches and cable management being first class. Was originally a long term Alienware customer, but now I'm here to stay with Cyberpower.
Great experience from ordering to delivery, and very satisfied with the pc, only thing I would of liked is the three fans on the side of the case, like in the advertised picture assumed they just came with it didn't know you had to buy them separately.
