Title: Exceptional Hardware and Build, but Support Limits Expectations I recently purchased a high-end system from CyberPowerPC, and overall, I am very impressed with the quality of the machine. The build is truly wonderful—the performance is exactly what I was looking for, and the system runs beautifully. The delivery process was outstanding; the PC was packaged incredibly well, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. I also want to give credit to their support team for being very fast to respond during the initial stages of my order. However, I have to be honest about the experience regarding post-purchase technical support. While they were quick to respond, I found that they were not willing to assist with certain hardware-related questions or troubleshooting for components that didn't fall strictly under their "easy" support umbrella. As someone who paid a significant premium for this machine, I expected a higher level of technical partnership when I ran into issues with third-party component integration. Overall, I am very happy with the PC itself and the professionalism of the purchase/delivery process, but be aware that their support can be limited if you encounter specific technical hurdles after the box is opened.
