Genuinely happy with the purchase, can't fault the team at all and very helpful with what they did to ensure that I had the best options. I, myself struggle with ADHD and the constant need to check, change my build and mess around with options really did show with this purchase. Absolutely over the moon with the service and the way questions, queries and changes were easily done.
Delivery time was a four, this is mainly because of the policy of speed. I get Cyberpower as a business, can and should charge for 'premium' delivery which is a faster build service. But, I also know that the people building do this extremely quickly and there was an unnecessary wait, simply because I didn't provide extra funds to speed it up. I'm sure this is a buffer for people who may order and pay for a faster service, to ensure they've got the space and time to ensure they can handle those orders or an influx if they were to happen.
PC is incredible, cannot fault it. Did my own diagnostics, see absolutely no issue. Cables are fine, I know I'm covered by a warranty, so happy regardless.
Overall. 9/10, but could be improved with speed on Cyberpowers side. I get why they do it, business is business and speed comes at a premium.
