This is my first upgrade to a gaming/video editing PC and the entire process handled by CyberPower PC has been exemplary. There are numerous tools to help you decide on the best configuration and prices are updated accordingly to see where your budget is best spent. Once completed, the build was very quick (completed 3 days before schedule) and was shipped in a sturdy box which was well packed. Setup was straight forward and the machine looks top tier. The machine is used for Da Vinci Resolve, MSFS2024 and the bundled ARC raiders (with RTX5070 GPU) and has worked flawlessly for these tasks. I have absolutely chosen the best builders to purchase from - thank you Team CyberPower.

PC is brilliant. It was well packaged and arrived on time. The only issue was that I only got the PC box (not monitors) and so I had checked the monitor connections but forgot to check if I had the correct cables. Turned out I only have HDMI cables and there was only one HDMI port on the back of the graphics card, so I had to order a new DisplayPort cable and only use one monitor for a few days. Perhaps as a suggestion (if they don't do this already) they should give a reminder about cables between PC and monitors and offer to add this in as an extra?
