Honestly couldn't ask for a better service. My computer came days before the expected shipping date, so that was really appreciated! A lovely, clean, build that runs like a dream. The computer is very quiet, and even playing graphic intense games like BF6 and Arc Raiders (while streaming, at that) it runs coolly and only blows out mildly warm air. Thoroughly impressed and will definitely be using CyberPowerUK for my future computers.

Only had this PC for about 2 weeks but so far so good. It does everything I need it to. I had an issue with a chipped side panel I contacted customer support and a new panel was sent the following day excellent service by the team. Will be buying again from Cyberpower when it's time to upgrade.

CyberPower were really helpful with questions I had on the build after I had saved it on the website. They gave clear answers in a good time frame which gave me reassurance on a company I didn’t know much about (recommended by a friend). I wanted to add something and they recommended me to order the PC and add to the build after, referencing the ticket# we discussed on and this was processed smoothly. After I ordered the PC I selected a specific delivery method and noticed the automated delivery wasn’t the same. I used the ticket function again to contact the team who provided me suitable options to resolve, committed to the one I chose and delivered on time. I selected the additional foam packaging option and the heavy, glass product was delivered without any issues. I built my last PC myself and although it is certainly cheaper to do so, I felt the difference in cost met my requirements and expectations of a company building for me. The parts were all installed correctly, with the base settings dialled in such as OC, XMP etc and all I had to do was run the OS for the first time and install/ update drivers. There were no running issues on first load and 1 month in I still have not had any issues. I would definitely use the company again and recommend highly to anyone that is looking for a PC builder.

Very pleased with my new system. It was cheaper than buying the components separately and building myself! Great communications with customer service, and they were very helpful with some questions I had, and with deciding on a different case when my first choice was unavailable (in fact I'm massively pleased with the replacement we decided on).
