After changing the case I knew that the pc was the one I wanted, it preforms better then expected and looks great, ive recommended them to a friend and he also is getting a pc from them.

Product came in really fast. PSU had a fault, they took it back in, repaired it and shipped it back in the span of 2 days. Genuinely good customer service as they were understanding of the issues and willing to take a thorough look

Used Cyberpower for a custom build. Easy to use ordering process although some component choices can be limited (to their own preferred supplier?). Prices are competitive & build date came within the expected time frame. Good communication throughout with multiple email progress updates. Case arrived well packaged although accessories had become loose & scattered bits around the box. One of those things. Docked a point for value, not because of Cyberpower but Trump's tariffs. No issues so far, fabulous rig & will use again in the future.

I’m really happy with my purchase - everything is running smooth so far, I’ve not had to use customer service for any faults so I can’t comment on that but I was kept in the loop every stage of the order and the team were very helpful when I had to make some changes prior to delivery. No issues running most recent ashes of creation - zero lag. Super high performance gaming PC!

Delivery was the morning after I was told it would be despatched in the order. 10/10 I called to ask for recommendations as I wanted to upgrade the configuration a little (PSU, sound card, etc) and their team member really couldn't be bothered. The second call was totally different, really helpful and friendly. I can't find the additional usb ports but I am not going to risk having to ship it back for £12.99 No problems so far, really fast and quiet (I replaced an i9 9900k and 2080ti GPU) - 4k is sooo smooth Overall very happy with the pc.

Great pc, delivery didnt update me often enough and also sucked that it was easter time + they dont deliver on weekends so waited longer than expected. When opened a splash of coolant was on my side window, but has had no problems so far. Instruction manual should be clearer as not all of us as tech nerds. Either way it runs great and looks awesome, just wish i knew it wasnt jrbg compatible.

Runs perfectly! I trust CyberPowerPC with all my computer needs. My old PC was basically on its last legs, so I decided it was time for an upgrade. I love that I can customize my new system and add more powerful components to suit my needs. The customization menu is clean, user-friendly, and very straightforward. If there’s a problem during configuration, the site will let you know, which is super helpful. Plus, their Q&A section is a great resource—especially if you’re trying to find things like the HDMI port. Overall, a great experience!

Very happy with my purchase, delivered on time despite me making 2 changes. The only reason for 4 stars on VFM is as I believe the expanding packaging should really be a standard option and not an extra. However the product and service is a definite 5 stars.

I have used CyberPowerPC before and was always very happy with their service. Their customer support has always been excellent, and they respond quickly to calls and emails. However, this time, my experience was very different. I received a brand-new PC, but from day one, it had issues. The motherboard showed an orange light, and the system wouldn’t turn on. After contacting support, they sent me a replacement RAM stick, which temporarily fixed the issue, but the problem returned shortly after. I had to go through multiple troubleshooting steps, including resetting the CMOS battery, just to get it to work. It has now been three weeks, and I’m still without a working PC. Normally, CyberPowerPC is very fast and helpful, but this time, things took much longer than expected, and I felt really let down. That said, I still recommend them because they offer a good warranty and always answer calls and emails. I just hope this was a one-time issue, and I’ll see how things go with the replacement.
