Runs smashing thus far on the titles I’ve thrown at it and no doubt any future titles, unfortunately the pc gods have given this gpu coil whine from no fault to cyber power, my 2nd pc and my wife has one and I wil continue buying from you guys In the future, I wholly recommend this company to anyone looking for a custom pc

I'm just putting here the text of the email I had to send to CyberPower "I've taken delivery of a new pc tonight and to say I'm disappointed doesn't even cover it. Not only is the case damaged in several places so that several parts of the case sit crooked, but the machine will not boot up. The in-box polystyrene packing that would have come with the case on it's own was broken and missing the top, so not only was it broken off before the machine was sealed in the box, it was not replaced. The front of the case was hanging off when it came out of the box and there is a dent in the lower rear corner that has damaged a thumb screw so badly it won't come out. When it is powered up there is an error code on the motherboard and the fans to the graphics card spin a couple of times before doing nothing more. The error code is "Od". I've attached some pictures. I want to return this as quickly as possible, for a full refund. Please contact me with the RMA details. While I understand that the error code on the motherboard might be an easy fix over the phone or whatever - although after being stress tested and QCd I don't understand why it would need to be "fixed" - the damage to the machine is not." On the upside, there was no argument from them, the guys I spoke with were happy to help and the refund wasn't in question. I've said to the guys I spoke to on the phone - I can't believe that a machine that cost over £2000 was packed up in the box that the case was sold in. No additional protection, no extra foam, no second box. Absolute amateur hour. For contrast, when I sent it back, it was in the original box, wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in another bigger box and bubble wrapped again.

Ordered my Ultra XT3D from Cyber based on the ability to get the spec I wanted and the price was good. My son had previously ordered from them and was really pleased. Machine was delivered a day early with no problems at all and functioned perfectly from the start. Will definitely look at Cyberpowerpc for my next pc.

I have had this PC for almost 2 weeks now and I am still over the moon with it. Sales were great and answered all my questions to help me choose the perfect components for what I required. Build time was fast too, I had to wait for my motherboard to be in stock as it was a pre-order item but once it arrived Cyberpower had the PC with me within 4 days (pretty good considering I am in northern Scotland). It is by far the most powerful gaming PC I have ever had and I really couldn't be happier with it.
