As a new PC gamer I was a little anxious about such a large purchase, but the next day builds made it so much easier. Now that she's here I'm in love, a long way from the 2006-family-pc I last had! The customer services team answered every little question I had (before and after ordering) and never made me feel like I was being silly. I am very happy with my pc and the process of ordering it.

There were issues with delivery but that was the carriers fault, came with dent in the case. Luckily still worked fine and I was sent a replacement case top. Easy to contact support, the machine is lovely and works basically right out the box.
Great PC. Ordered the PC and it was ready to pick up the same day. Build quality is excellent and I have now had the PC a couple of weeks and everything is running really well. If you are looking for a pre-built PC with a very quick delivery time I can totally recommend Cyberpower. it is honestly the first time I have ever ordered a high spec PC and not had to wait 2 to 3 weeks for completion.
