Suffered from a little damage in transit the graphics card had been knocked out and some damage to the case as well. But PC runs very well.

Delivery received exactly when they said it would, despite having a 30 series graphics card. So yes they do have them in stock! This was something that had worried me during the ordering process, given the shortage of these graphic cards, but I needn't have worried. Cyber Power came through exactly as promised. I am delighted with this PC. I only had to remove packaging & plug everything in & it was ready to play. It exceeds the recommended specs of anything I've played & I've yet to encounter a single problem with it. This is the 1st time I've ordered from Cyberpower, but I would definitely recommend them & will be buying from them again in the future when it comes time to upgrade. In short, I couldn't be happier. Thank you all.

Changed out a few part for more powerful components, great pc. Does what I need it to and runs games smoothly.

Well packed nisley put together cable's and rest of it quality of the product is great no issue.
So impressed with my new rig! Faultless ordering and delivery, they even upgraded my case because they had none in stock and didn't want to delay my order before Christmas! Only negative feedback I can give is when it arrived it had a CD with all the driver's on, but I have no disk driver so had to find out online how to install the driver's, there wasn't much information on how to do that.
My son loves his new PC! He got the spec he needed and it was excellent value for money. I would highly recommend Cyberpower. They were super efficient in dealing with the order.

It is very good quality
It;s a great piece of kit and my son is very happy. i need to stick down one of the light strips - minor job - otherwise great. The Customer Services was superb, answering all my stupid questions promptly and courteously
