Excellent interaction and service from Alan. The faulty component returns process was fully explained, each step was checked for understanding, the online "ticket" log was easy to comprehend and progress communication updates timely and easy. The delivery of a replacement and collection of the faulty component went smooth. Alan's technical knowledge went above and beyond the core needs of the specific issue, nice to deal with someone who knows their stuff!

My new computer arrived and Ewan talked me through transferring my old hard drives to the new computer.
That doesn't get across how much effort Ewan put in! There were photos back and forth of the inside of my computer because I am definitely a novice, and Ewan was patient and helpful.

The speed and the time it took the helpdesk to resolve my issue was lightning fast, efficient and without any problems. My ticket was handled professionally and the same day response time of the specialists to reach back to me were flawless and took about 7-8 minutes minimum. That is great customer care and service time range for any company!
I would greatly recommend this company, both for their amazing lineup of PC towers, the commitment of the customer care agents and of course, the insane speed of same day replies to tickets. Amazing work!

I’ve been a loyal customer of CyberPowerPC UK for years, having purchased two desktops and a laptop from them. Recently, I had to deal with a faulty i9-13900K, and even though I am currently based in Italy, the RMA process was handled flawlessly.
The support team—special thanks to Ewan, Jacob, and Luke—was incredibly professional and efficient. Before the return, they provided patient and detailed technical guidance to help me troubleshoot the issue. Once the RMA was confirmed, they managed the component replacement with remarkable speed.
They provided clear instructions for the international return, reimbursed my shipping costs without any hassle, and dispatched the replacement CPU (even upgraded it to a 14900K!) almost immediately after receiving my unit.

Sent back a £1500 GPU that was faulty due to manufacturer error, they took a cursory glance at the unit and claimed it was user caused because there was a brown sticky stain.
A brown sticky stain that was an oil leak from the thermal pads confirmed previously by a third party when I tried to sell the card. They didn't even consult with MSI or myself before sending the card back on next day delivery which I wasn't in for and had to resechedule at the last second after receiving the email.
I'll be taking the company to court over the payment if it isn't sorted within their legally allowed 14 day period to fix it after notice, would not suggest whatsoever. A CEX employee was more aware of this issue than "professional" PC builders.
Edit: as you can see from their reply they have been doubling down on their opinion that isn't in line with the third party opinion they refused to actually acknowledge or ask for the details of. And continue to cite warranty over an issue that is covered under consumer rights as outside of warranty which is an optional contract outwith manufacturer issues. If you care about your money you can clearly see the proof not to buy here from their reply.
And for anyone unsure, they keep describing it as oxidation when the colour profile doesn't fit with that descriptor as oxidation is not only brown on a GPU it would be slightly green around the edges.
Now for the case where they said that the oil would be clear, when it leaks and is subjected to the 110c-130c temps that the card was running at due to the fault the oil become brown and mixes with microscopic dust and residual flux turning it into a brown sticky honey like liquid. They are quite literally lying in their reply about that too, which is funny because that's information you can find easily on google.
This burning of the oil is what causes the leak and it's what GPU sellers check for first with a smell test to make sure the card is not faulty. It's a well documented error that happens with GDDR6x in older rtx 30 series models and is something that a company who was selling 1000s of them wasn't aware of. I do wonder how many people I might be able to find to file a multi person claim.

Great honest advice from the staff regarding my custom PC which was built & shipped quickly. Sadly there was a software issue with the AIO cooler but Ewan quickly arranged for my PC to be collected & it was sorted out the following day & Ewan kept me updated & with dispatch arranged for the following day to get my new PC back to me ASAP. I couldn't have asked for a better service
