The laptop is good but there is a problem with the battery and heating. It lasts like 45 mins or maybe an hour when gaming. You constantly have to keep it plugged in while gaming. Making it hard to game while on the move.

Ordering was confusing for a first time buyer but once I got my head around the website it’s actually pretty clear. Additions or changes to your purchase are clear and flag if there’s incompatibility which is a huge bonus.
Had a query which was settled easily through customer service and with the optional finance options it makes purchasing affordable and convenient.

The pc itself is well built and looks pristine. Packaging is perfect for the fragility and very easy to unpack when using the added guide.

We bought a Gaming PC bundle last year as a real treat for my son who plays Fortnite. The computer has never performed to the expected standard and we are very annoyed that we were sold a PC that can't cope with one of the most common kids games. We are no computer experts and wrongly thought that a gaming bundle could play games. They say we need to upgrade a processor at a cost of over £250. We could buy an Xbox for that.

faultless, the custom build process was very simple.
after placing the order i wanted to change a component, my ticket was responded to rapidly and the order changed in under an hour from me submitting the request.
I then wanted to alter the shipping, which again was dealt with extremally fast.
The support were incredibly friendly and efficient . my build was dispatched promptly and arrived on time with no issues.

Bought an Infinity 145 D556 Next Day PC SY3074 delivered next day as described.
Excellent PC for the money RTX 5060, 1TB M2 Drive and (this was the clincher for me considering the current state of the memory market) 32GB DDR5.
Windows setup was easy no junkware pre-installed.
Whilst the motherboard is 'basic' WIFI and Bluetooth were provided through USB dongles and work fine although you might want to look into better WIFI solutions if you are not near your router.

This is my first ever pc that I bought and it is a really good birthday present. The pc is really good, although had to wait for a while for it to get delivered but it came in good conditions and nothing was missing.

The website is extremely well laid out and simple to use. Once my order was finalised and paid for the order status kept me updated and provided concise and accurate information about what was happening with my pc.

I had the misfortune of buying on of their so called PC's back late September last year justbefore the bottom fell out the market. I have had nothing but problems with this abomination,however things went from bas to abysmal. It kept closing apps randomly,stopped media playing,randomnly resets as well as randomnly restarts,then puts messages on screen saying about issues etc. So I contacted Cyber Power pc and then told them the issues. so a courier was organized to colect the pile of rubbish on a Saturday afternoon, of which it never showed up and when I went onto the site they said there was no answer,pfff, such lies as I remained in all day especially. So when it was finally picked up and returned days later I had an email saying there was no problems with it what so ever and it was extremely dust. 100 percent Lies as that abomination is maintained and cleaned out on a regular basis,not too mention the case is transparent glass, I mean seriously, like you would see that due to the clear glass (morons) so when the pile of junk finally returned it was running like a 2 legged dog, pathetic!! then when I said enough of this and decided to shut it down it took nigh on 10 minutes,needles to say it was way worse when I had recived it back from the clown show that are cyberPower PC's !!
I have never had a system fail me when I have builtthem myself,yet I was naive enough to go to a vendor (if you can call them that! ) they are totally clueless about what they do and lie to you outright ( like the PSU etc being heavily clogged in dust etc ) I really would urge and advise anyone in buying an actual PC to look elsewhere, seriosly these are really bad, though use quality parts etc, yet they are assembled by a total clown show!! avoid them like covid and the plague

There’s not much more I can say other than amazing, so helpful, such great communication, quick and reliable, they don’t joke around, I bought a pc and it is amazing how they kept me in the loop, worked quickly yet officiantly even linked tik toks and YouTube videos on what was going on and what would happen 10/10 highly recommend this company great prices for what you’re getting

Having never brought a pre build gaming pc before I was a little hesitant, seeing the price of components sky rocketing I eventually decided to go with cyberpower. For the rig I got for just under £1200 I honestly couldn't be happier.

The build quality is beyond exceptional and the packaging was excellent, everything was secured and not a scratch in sight.

The performance of the rig is phenomenonal, I went with a pre build with the 14400,32gb ddr5 and a 5060 (Asus), I honestly did not expect to be running STALKER 2 @4K, high preset @60 fps.

The thermals on the new rig are amazing, the CPU idles 20c and never goes above 60c. The case, CPU cooler and fans are Cyberpower's own brand and clearly are high performance and top qauilty.

Had the machine a few days now and right out of the box this beauty has not had one blue screen nor and other problems what so ever.

I genuinely from here on out will be purchasing my sons rig and my top end rig from Cyberpower.

I couldn't be happier with my new gaming PC and more so from a great company that has won my trust and confidence from the first purchase.
