Rocky Mountain MTB repair
I recently took my Rocky Mountain MTB in for a suspension repair, I received a fantastic service throughout in what turned out to be less straight forward job! Mark took the time to keep me updated on more than one occasion on obtaining the spares and the repairs required. The bike was repaired to a superb standard and I have not hesitation in recommending the team.
Very good experience purchasing from…
Very good experience purchasing from Cyclesense. Bought a Brooks Flyer saddle which was out of stock elsewhere and it was slightly cheaper too! Quick delivery and I was kept informed via email and tracking. I Would not hesitate to buy from them again.
great customer service and great pricing
great customer service
had a slight problem with my original order due to stock levels
had a phone call to explain the problem and an email as soon as the part was back in stock
Highly recommended
Just a note to say what a wonderful and totally painless experience we had from Dave and the guys at Cyclesense when we purchased our new Koga World Traveller S’s. They maintained communication throughout the whole ordering process and shared their vast experience and professionalism when asked for their input on finalising the configuration for both bikes.
A great company and I would certainly recommend them for your next bike purchase.
An actual PINION dealer! Yea! Found one at last!
I've been looking for a PINION dealer for some time now, and Cyclesense came up in a Google search. Got what I needed, with same day dispatch. Most excellent.
I also had a query, which they answered by phone later the same morning. Really helpful. I will definitely be returning for more!

Giant Fathom
Bought a Giant Fathom for my partner. Ordered on line. The process was extremely straight forward and communication was excellent.
Bike received when stated, well packaged and protected. Put front wheel and handle bars on (rest all built and set up) and off she went riding off into the sunset.
Cannot fault the process.
a beauty of a saddle
what a lovely looking saddle the cadex boost is I have seen it many times online but actually owning it and sitting on it in the flesh is just perfect and a big thanks to cyclesense for sending it so quickly
Kurt was really helpful and…
Kurt was really helpful and knowledgeable all throughout our purchase process, which was made slightly more tricky due to Covid restrictions. Was a pleasure dealing with an obvious cycling enthusiast. Would definitely recommend these guys!
excellent shop and service!
I ordered my bicycle Giant Roam 0 in late February and the bicycle was delivered within a week time as agreed. Service i received was outstanding including fitting all extra components that I bought (i did not expect it). Excellent service by Kurt throughout process, quick to reply to any queries, good recommendations and honest feedback on queries. Great bicycle shop and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
Service over and above
I have just taken delivery of a new Koga e-bike from CycleSense, I had done a good deal of research to find just the right bike, and was taking the risk of ordering it during the Covid lock down. I spoke to Dave a number of times on the phone, discussing various aspects and asking a number of questions. Dave was helpfulness itself and did much to reassure me about the process. He never tried to do a selling job on me, but went further than I might have expected to develop a trusting relationship. When it came to taking delivery, as I was not able to collect in person, he offered to deliver the bike to my home himself for the price of his petrol only! This being a 90 minute journey each way mind! He duly showed up a couple of days later and patiently took me through everything I needed to know about the bike. I took it out on a trial ride while he waited. All in all, the most satisfying purchasing experience I have had.
1st class customer service!
I ordered a black micro-scooter for our son's 6th birthday from Cyclesense. We had left it quite last minute (7 days before) because we had trouble finding one as they were sold out everywhere!
Sam called me the following day to apologise because another customer had placed their order just before mine, and there was only 1 black left in stock.
Sam said he had a couple of display models (a black one and blue one), if we were interested. Sam took photos of the scooters and emailed them over. He said the black one had a slight mark on it from the display frame, he photographed the mark and also the display frame so we could see how they were displayed. He offered to Facetime me, so he could show the scooter to me properly. He knocked some money off the price and said he would use a courier at no extra expense to get it to us in plenty of time for the birthday.
He also photographed the blue scooter which didn't have any marks on it but I did notice a small defect in the frame, again Sam offered to knock some money off the price and courier it to us.
Sam was very quick to respond to emails and texts and went out of his way to try and help us, and answered my many questions. His customer service really was great.
In the end we decided not to purchase either scooter due to them being display models and because the manufacturer was due to get more in stock and our son said he was happy to wait 2 weeks for his main present to arrive.
Although we didn't order from Cyclesense, I felt I had to leave a review about them, because I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them for their brilliant customer service.
Van Nicholas Deveron - delighted!
I recently bought a Van Nicholas Deveron titanium framed touring bike from Cyclesense. I have to commend and thank Kurt for his help, advice and huge enthusiasm(!) throughout the process. Living down in Kent, I had to discuss things through over the ‘phone and via e-mail which was tricky as the bike was a demo’ model and a very expensive purchase to potentially get wrong. Under those circumstances I would normally want to see what I was buying, in the flesh, but Kurt went through the specs, exchanged plenty of pictures & info. with me to put my mind at rest and helped me reach the decision to buy remotely with confidence. The bike arrived very well packaged a few days later and I am now a delighted customer! I highly recommend Kurt and the team at Cyclesense if you’re after a high end bike and want the high end service to go with it. I’ll need to ensure I have a touring holiday in Yorkshire around the time the bike needs servicing to visit the shop and meet Kurt in person.
Thanks guys!
Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish, not only did they make extra effort to get the parts from Koga, but then went the extra mile to get them fitted appropriately. We received great advice about our new bikes that wasn't rushed and there wasn't any pressure to buy. You felt you trust what they were saying, all in all a great experience.
Frog 69
Absolutely super service! Just one week from order to delivery and personally delivered by the owner to make sure it made it here safely & in plenty of time for Christmas! Thank you very much 🤗
Fab service
Fab service. Came to our rescue after another company let us down in the run up to Christmas. And even hand delivered the bike, built and ready to go. Thanks to you all and Santa Dave who delivered to us!
Superb service
I have relied on Cyclesense for bike servicing, equipment purchases and post-accident cycle repairs the past few years and cannot commend the service highly enough. Friendly and very accommodating, very knowledgeable in all things to do with cycles and cycling and just incredibly helpful. My recent experience in purchasing a trainer has been faultless.

Awesome Customer Service!
I'm also an international buyer and a first time user of Cyclesense. Firstly, it’s fantastic that they deliver to Australia. Secondly, they were able to get me the two sets of Koga Denham bars that I have been trying to get for ages, and finally…they have Kurt! Kurt is one of the nicest guys I have ever dealt with in a bike store. His communication and customer service skills are second to none! He kept me updated on the progress of my order and made sure the bars went straight into the mail as soon as they arrived at the shop. He got me the best deal possible on shipping and followed through with every promise he made - a very rare thing these days. I thoroughly recommend Cyclesense for all your cycling needs. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys – wish they were here in Aus. ;-)
Wonderful experience!!
I was an international buyer and from a country that was not listed. Wonderful experience! All I had to do was send a message with a question. Crystal clear communication, instant responses to queries, proactive updates, and delivery of the item that I ordered faster than my expectations! I will be shopping here as and when I need items related to cycling.
Excellent service from the start
Excellent service from the start. Ordered the new TCR online. Received a call the next day to confirm order. Let me know when bike was built and ready to be shipped. It arrived today and I now have one very happy hubby!
