Very fast service! I needed my bike wheel fixed and they did it very quickly, the same day. The staff was very friendly. Would recommend :))

I have recently moved to Aarhus and I needed a new bike. I have spent some time looking around online and at bike shops in town and then I finally chose Rowi mainly because of their huge selection of brands.
The staff was very nice and helpful and provided a truly enjoyable shopping experience. They were able to recommend the perfect bike for me according to my needs.
I am very happy with it!

Rowi Aarhus & Risskov - World Class service. Unfortunately I wrecked the front wheel on my +30 years old bicycle. It showed up that this seize of wheels had not been produced for a long time.Rowi Aarhus helped me out. They didn't leave a stone unturned in order to help. First they phoned many colleauges, but in vain. Then: "The seize in mm is almost the same, but then your breaks won't fit". "I don't have hand breaks - let's go :-) " That was the wheel. Afterwards they also managed to find a new new tube and deck at their dealer in Risskov. My best shopping experience for a long time. P. Sorensen Jr. 12.04.2019
