Awful store! AVOID IT IF YOU CAN!
I was in urgent need of winter tyre for my bike, because my old one got broken, so I decided to order it from this local Stockholm store (I live in Stockholm also), for a crazy expensive 125kr delivery cost, expecting that I will get it quickly because of that.
Total delivery time resulted in 16 days!! I often receive goods ordered from China faster than that.
Later I’ve read somewhere on their website that normal delivery time is 5-15 days.
First of all, it is way longer than average on the market, therefore it MUST be visible whilst buying something and not hidden somewhere in köpvillkor inside tons of legal text.
Second of all, after 1 week waiting I emailed to the store a few letters and STILL got no response. Hence, I make a conclusion that there is no support at all, or they just don’t care completely about answering to customers.
Third, for that delivery price, I would expect at least some tracking number eposted to me, prior to delivery, which of course was not the case here.
Last one, I already started the chargeback process through my bank, but had to cancel it because I eventually received my tyre.
First time I see so awful store in Sweden, and I buy something online almost every week or even more often.
