Excellent!
This review is about the Kristianstad store.
Staff:
Friendly and helpful, serviceminded and knowledgeable.
Store:
Very spacious, effectively illuminated, orderly and clean.
The store is accesible for individuals with disabilities.
The entrance is wide and there are no steps or thresholds in connection to, or within the store.
Some aisles in the Kristianstad store are narrower and thus not as easily accessible, but the staff is more than happy to bring you the things you are interested in.
Visitor's restroom:
Not applicable - but if the need arises, there are plenty of other stores nearby that offer this service.
Store location:
On Härlöv's Handelsområde, on level ground, with abundant parking space.
If you are waiting for the staff to finish adjusting your bike, you can browse the other stores in the area, and even get a bite to eat at some of the locations.
Products:
Huge range of different bicycles to suit everyone's needs.
Many sorts of helmets, locks, AVS-bags and bicycle baskets, cycling wear, lamps, tools, and other useful components.
Quality:
Cykelgiganten offer only quality bikes, components and accessories.
Security:
Cykelgiganten offers different solutions to keep your bike safe from thieves, from simple easy lock chains and bike mounted movement triggered alarms to "BikeTrax" - a GPS monitoring system in real time which works in sync with an application for Android and IPhone.
Maintenance:
Free checkups (I do not know how many) for bikes bought at Cykelgiganten.
Bikes not bought from this company can also get checkups, starting from around 400 SEK (or there about).
Repairs:
Repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting and checkups are offered.
The Kristianstad store has a large area behind the counter where bikes can be mounted and hoisted up for easier reach.
(This is carried out by the staff, not the customers)
Prices:
Ranging from the lower medium range to expensive, depending on what you seek.
Verdict: 5/5
