I purchased two chaise lounges that could not be put together because the hoes were not big enough, And you people wouldn't send me a return label to return them unlessI unloaded this huge box again and take a picture. I waited weeks and weeks other from you and you did not send the label, I still have not gotten the label. I purchased these to see if they would work form Fathers new resort of 500 people and wanted you to be our regular go to for patio furniture. The treatment we got with just this was deplorable. It is still sitting here in my home awaiting a label. This is all your fault and while Amazon has placed a black mark against you, if you do not send the label this week I will report you to the better business bureau.

The product did not do what I was led to believe from the reviews. In hind site the review that led me to believe an office chair had forward tilt was a review copied to many other office chairs and not specifically for the chair I purchased. When delivered it was left out in the rain.

Item was on back order but came earlier than expected. Cabinet is slightly flimsy but works great so far. I would order again. Great customer service. I am very pleased. Thank you.

Two of our four bar stools arrived broken. Dealing with Cymax to exchange them was a nightmare. We had to pay to have them fixed.

I originally ordered an item and it was delivered wrong. I was charged a large restocking fee.

Quick sales service and quick initial response from customer service. Follow up from CS for the refund was quite slow. We were asked to donate the product to a local charity, which ch we greatly appreciate. Ultimately, all worked out very well with just a hiccup in the refund process.

Purchased 3 units for our offices in a fairly tight space. They worked out Great!! Desks and walls look very professional.
