I was booked on the 29th of May by the Agency for a 1 stage interview directly with a CEO and 2 high profiles on the next day 11am. Since it was only 1 Interview for a contract, I decided to go. This was for a face to face interview with 2h15 drive from where I live - which I told the Agency.

I drove there, only to be met by a Consultant Manager, and for just a basic 20' interview. Only to be told that the interview would take place the following week and I would have to come back!!!
So, I drove almost 5h in total for not even a basic interesting interview. Waste of time, waste of money.

I called the Agency, who knew the evening before that I wouldn't meet with the CEO...
Yet they kept the information for themselves, preferring to secure the interview, at the applicant's expense!
Highly unprofessional and not ethical at all to put applicants in that sort of situation.
Stay away from this Agency for its lack of transparency!

This was a couple of years ago, but people have suggested that I'd do other job seekers a favor by posting it.
I didn't get the job they interviewed me for, which was fair enough, but then they talked a lot about how great they thought I was and how they would definitely recommend me elsewhere. All lies. Less than a month later they were contacted by the company I ended up getting a job at and they told them they had no one with my education in their books. I don't think that company will be using them again.
