They had no issue, taking my money and jerked me around for two months finally telling me that they are no longer shipping to Canada. I would give them zero stars but their review system doesn't allow it.
I have placed 2 orders for over 600 pounds, the first one arrived messed up and the second hasnt arrived yet after more than a month. The customer service sucks big time. DO NOT buy this brand.

Missing pieces, wrong finishes or mismatched finishes, broken bits, I mean I could go on… But the most insane part of this whole experience is their refusal acknowledge, compensate, or rectify in any way. Lefroy Brooks and the Cast Iron Bath company were so much more efficient and well presented. I barely needed to touch their customer service, but when I did reach out, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating.
I would avoid Czech & Speake at all costs. In fact, it will save you money, time, and stress to do so.
I ordered 2 bottles of cologne from Czech and Speake. They arrived with paperwork but one bottle did not match the paper work (they had sent the wrong fragrance). I telephoned and within 3 days the correct perfume arrived.
All their fragrances are top of their range. Id be happy with ay of them. I used to love their Jermyn Street Store sadly now gone.
I love this company, quintessentially a unique brand "Created by designer Frank Sawkins, Czech & Speake remains one of the last great independent fine fragrance and gentlemen's grooming brands, founded in the heart of London on historic Jermyn Street." I have been a huge fan of Neroli and 88, recently I purchased their sample sets of all fragrances, nothing disappoints and everything lives up to the brand. This is a company whose esoteric place in the high street needs to be in every good store in every Airport. Being unique should not be a secret.
Trying to order a bottle of 88 from this website is a joke - for a premiere brand it’s appallingly bad. Never have I been so frustrated trying to spend money!
