Never ever listen to D energy agent. They completely mislead you. This energy agent is very corrupt, full of cheaters. They cheat you. They ruined us by persuading us to take their tariff but sucked us.
Beware of them !!!

Had a bit of a mix up with meter readings being logged and bills coming out on time but otherwise been a good company to do business with. It's good that there is always someone available on the phone to sort any issues.

Been this company for two and half years. They offer the personal touch that big market players don't seem to as well as ultra competitive prices. Would definitely recommend.

Had a smart meter installed in December, but still getting estimated readings which are very high, Have requested them to confirm that the meter is working, but not getting any response from them, just estimated bill each month

Just renewed my contracts with D-Energi who were very easy to deal with.
Prices have gone up,but are more than competitive with other suppliers.

I have been with this company for several years now. They are always kind and polite and you get through to people immediately, very glad I found them as dealing directly with the large suppliers is a nightmare.

Can’t wait until the contract runs out, never been so messed about.

Charged us all last winter despite explaining that property was empty. Changed to British Gas Lite in February this year. Surprise, surprise D-Energi owed us £000’s due to taking money that wasn’t necessary! Chased weekly since February for our refund. Constantly promised refund will be paid, but still nothing at end of August! Imagine if we owed them a few hundred..?! Don’t trust this company… totally dishonest.

Our account manager has been excellent, very attentive, always available on the phone should I need to discuss anything and calls back in a timely manner should she not be available. I am happy with the prices they have offered which were the most competitive I could find - better than anything offered on comparison sites. Our account was in credit by around three months usage, I had to request this be returned our account twice which is the reason for the 4* as opposed to 5*

We have been with D-Energi for the past three years, across three sites and have 5 contracts with them. We had no hesitation to renew these contracts when they expired due to the great customer service offered by the entire team. In particular, their Brokerage Team Supervisor, Emma, is very responsive and I felt that we were getting an honest and fair deal, despite the volatile issues within the market. As a small charity, its imperative that we always get the best deal and can work with a company who treats is like individuals, not just a number on a spreadsheet. D-Energi did just this and we are happy to recommend them to anyone. Well done team !!
