This company is full of BAFFOOOOOONS!!!!
the worst type of company and people there are... THIEVES! They have stolen my money and have not given me my product or my money back. When in correspondence with them they have ignored the situation, ignored my emails and have just been utterly rude. This is disgraceful!!!!! Please read these reviews before you buy from this company we need to do everything we can to keep them out of business!

What can I say that has not been said. Bought tablet via Wowcher, had to inquire why it was taking so long, only to be told one had been sent and they in good faith (I do not believe they know the meaning) send another. One did arrive after I got in touch with Wowcher, and it did not work, on contact I was told to reset via certain instructions, and all I got was a blank screen. It would not shut down, and again I contacted them and via instructions had to force tablet to shut down. Got the impression they were trying to hang it out so it went over the returns time. Had to get it touch with Wowcher again and told them I thought D2d was just a con and they (Wowcher) was being used. Told D2D I was returning tablet and wanted a refund, they said ok they would notify Wowcher. I returned tablet at a cost of £2.90 and when it was sort of confirmed they had received it I asked for postage to be refunded (as the law states they are liable for return postage), they refused saying that I should have asked for a free postage bag, at no time before was this mentioned. Contacted Wowcher again and asked them to contact D2D about postage, Wowcher to me did not have the guts and just gave me the postage.
How could anyone recommend such a low down company as D2D and Wowcher did not do themselves any favours by allowing such a company to use them to further a company.
I have kept all emails, if the above is challenged.

i purchased 2 tablets via Wowcher and they were clearly second hand as they were not in mint condition and had their previous owners messages and apps on them. The customer service is ridiculous and I rather suspect they are operating out of a garage. This is not a reputable company or indeed even a company, please avoid! I did eventually threaten them with trading standards and they suddenly answered emails and sent out replacements but even the replacements were second hand. Wowcher has also now lost my custom! Trading standards will now be contacted.

I purchased a pair of Bluetooth headphones from D2D for £20 through Wowcher - they are allegedly worth £99, but they are rubbish. I have had them a couple of months and they just do not recharge and so are now useless - I think they're selling faulty goods through Wowcher. I emailed them with all the relevant paperwork to advise them of the fault and they wrote back and asked for photographs and more paperwork, which I don’t have, don’t they have records? I have sent photographs showing that the headphones do not work but they have just closed my file without resolving the matter. They have not refunded my money or replaced the headphones. Wowcher are no better because there is no come back through them, but they obviously don’t vet their clients. Steer clear of D2D, their merchandise is substandard and their customer service is appalling. How do these companies keep trading? I'm going to take advice from Trading Standards.

I purchased and downloaded Sims4 for the PC via D2D, I had originally been with GameFly. Having had such a successful experience with GameFly, I didn't think it would be an issue using the company that had taken over this company, however I have paid for my game and still be unable to purchase it, nor access the product code. Even the order number looks fake ! I have sent them an email and have not yet heard from them - I am very unhappy with the level service.
