Decent Prices, Good Service

I've ordered a few times now. Generally get the mule account within 3 hrs. Had trouble with a missing item for one order. They were apologetic and provided me with the missing item (~24hrs for first response; item provided within 4 hrs of their initial reply).

Obviously I'd buy again from D2ItemStore.

They rarely have what they say they have, then try to sell you inferior stuff to compensate. Grossly incompetent at best, thieves at worst. These guys are garbage. Stick to Yesgamers.

They have product for sale that they do NOT have in stock, and when I asked them why'd they'd sell something they dont currently have, I was told I was the problem, and disconnected on (via live chat) What a crap website.

I have made my order on 10/30, its been over a week, and I still haven't received anything yet... reply my emails! WHERE IS MY ORDER

Timely response, all the items were there. Will go there again in the future. No problems whatsoever. I didn't try any big or perfect items which is most likely why these others had a problems with delivering.

It took 3 days for my order, and 3 items I paid for were not there.

When I contacted support, they told me that someone else must have taken them, or that I left them on the ground too long and they disappeared (I have two laptops and two game clients, that's not possible).

So essentially, after 3 days of waiting, they cheated me out of 3 items I paid for and when I asked for help with it, suggested I was just too stupid to transfer the items properly. I cannot overemphasize how dissatisfied I am and how strongly I implore you not to give these crooks your money.

i bought a few things from this website and id always get the mule in under 24hrs i made an order for sorc gear for a friend which it has been 6 days now and still nothing they keep telling me to be patient but i just want a refund at this point screw this site not worth using when there is way faster sites like yesgamer

Quick response time, made a big order, they said they can get to it right away and even gave me 4-5 extra items including high runes, sojs, and call to arms as a bonus. Took the guy about one hour to fetch all the items off mules. A++ super satisfied. Low prices too can't be beat by other sites

first of all, the delivery was promised to be fast?? I mean come on, waited almost 48hours to get my full order... then finally got my order complete, it was missing a soj, they then denied it, and one of the ber rune poofed..vanished.. i have shopped at other d2 items shops, this by far the worst..
