Avoid avoid avoid
Ordered 2 products for customers. 1st delivery driver ran out of hours. Assured product would be delivered on next run 3-4 days later. On that run told lorry was too full (for my 2 lightish items). Assured be delivered on next run (a week later). Now told not been placed on delivery because warehouse could not find any, and my products, that i have had to pay for in full up front, have been supplied to another client (because they had been on the van the week before, they had obviously existed) Cue one cancelled order by customer and loss of profit on one item.
Now being told 3week wait for replenishment stock, hollow apologies, rather than "will make sure this doesn't happen again" and if im not happy with the service (what service?) I should look elsewhere. Bit difficult when customers request a specific brand that they are the sole distributor for!
If this was the first or second time i could make allowance for the totally inept way they do business but unfortunately i have had 3 deliveries this year (out of about 12) that went without a hitch
