Vi er et bolighus, som sælger møbler og boliginteriør, og det har vi gjort i mere end 100 år. Daells Bolighus er en dansk- og familieejet møbelforretning med historie tilbage fra Daells Varehus i Nørregade. Vores bolighuse rummer møbler til alle rum i hjemmet, og vi bestræber os altid på at møde vores kunder med ærlige og lave priser på kvalitetsmøbler, som holder til et almindeligt liv med legende børn, snavs og afslapning.

Fast and efficient

Fast and efficient, had a small problem during the delivery and they provided immediate and resolving support. The quality of the product is as expected, the instructions for assembling are very clear.

I love the furnitures

I love the furnitures, acceptable prices for the quality. Dining tables, sofa beds, bed frames. Everything was as I expected. 👍🏻

Quick and fast reply. Fast shipping to Danish address (sadly not possible to ship to UK). Also it’s a shame your customer support team does not return calls from aboard (UK). Calls only accepted to Danish mobile numbers. But luckily the team was brilliantly switched on and helpful.

Everything was ok

Everything was good, but the edge on the table was harsh.

It would have been great if it would have been smooth or if fine sandpaper would have been included.

One of the screws broke.

Other than that, we are happy.

We ordered a carpet and on delivery we…

We ordered a carpet and on delivery we discovered that it is a wrong one, not what we ordered. We came to the shop and talked with a staff member and she was so efficient and solved the problem. The correct carpet will be delivered and the wrong one taken away.

Furniture

The delivery guy was rude , refused to park near to the curbe and my husband needed to walk all the furniture ( more than 120kg ) alone by himself. The quality of the MDF is not so satisfying and the company need to have a very serious talk with Tvilum who make and pack the “wood”. I understand that is cheap but even like that we deserve quality.

Poor quality and unclear instructions

Wardrobe is of the poorest quality ever and instructions are not adequate for people who don’t assemble furniture as a job as the drawings of the screws and all the relevant details are too small or imprecise.
There was a pice missing so I am not able to use a drawer as I can’t assemble the rail in the wardrobe.
The handles broke already as they can’t be fit firmly, therefore we had to glue them.
Customer service wasn’t really helpful .

I cannot recommend it. First and last time for me.

I bought a sofa there and ask for home…

I bought a sofa there and ask for home delivery and ask the employee if I can have the delivery on certain time he said yes you need to pay this amount I paid and wait for the delivery at the time we agree but they came 3 hours before so I couldn't receive them
Contact the customer service that answered we can't help you you need to pay again if you Want delivery ignoring that it was not my fault
I hope they will take responsibility for their staff faults on the future

Iam not trying to affect your ratings but it’s really frustrating that You are not taking responsibility for your staff mistakes
I asked your employee about the delivery and I assumed that he knows what he is saying customer needs to be able to trust the staff otherwise why they are there

I not get the correct things and after…

I not get the correct things and after they say its my foul that i not controll what i get and start yelling. Very bad customer service and and they not even apologize but instead put on me. If somebody read this i will recommended to not buy nothing from them.
