Phenomenal! We needed a repair for our laser and I really cannot rate Daemon print highly enough for how they handled everything. They made sending the unit back to them super easy, provided clear information throughout the whole process and really went that extra mile to make sure we had a great product upon it's return.
They then also added a few other touches (and I assume some magic) as we ended up with it working even better than it ever had before!
If you want wonderful communication, helpful insights and real commitment to customer service definitely talk to these guys!

Ordered the laser cutter on Friday morning and paid a bit extra for Saturday delivery. Laser duly turned up just after 9:30am on Saturday.
Very well packed and easy to set up. Unfortunately the instruction book supplied for the Beam Studio software doesn't match the current version of the software but that's not Daemon Prints fault at all.
Still learning what this machine is capable of but very happy with it so far.
I shall probably be ordering the rotary attachment in the near future.

Item arrived without any email or tracking. Luckily someone was home. Very friendly online staff

I ordered a Beamo laser cutter, which arrived next day. Postage was pretty reasonable and it's heavy but the machine was well packed.
Whilst the machine works, I was disappointed with the finer detail and little things. Considering it's around 2K I would have expected a UK mains cable; not a European one. The manual is very out of date with the firmware pre-loaded on the machine and current software, and is terrible quality which didn't instil confidence, and was next to useless at getting the thing working. However, it only took me around 30 mins to get it setup and working with the help of YouTube. Have since cut several small projects and they have all gone well.

Had alot of questions before buying which were all expertly answered by Emma who answered the phone to me. Once purchased my machine arrived the following day and I am very very happy with it. All in all excellent service and great product

Having researched desktop laster cutters and deciding on. the Flux Beamo, I opted to buy from Daemon rather than direct from Flux Europe...having a supplier in your own country is a good option if support is needed. I ordered on a Thursday and chose Parcelforce 48 hour delivery. The order was handled smoothly and efficiently with good communication.
The equipment arrived on time and was well packaged. I don;t know if Daemon check and set up the equipment before shipping, but this unit has worked perfectly straight out the box. Having researched the user groups for the Beamo I was expecting to have to go through a lot of configuration and alignment, but all I had to do was simply calibrate the camera.
In saying all that, I;ve only had time and materials to do a couple of test runs, but so far, I am very impressed with both Daemon and the Flux Beamo. thank you :-)
