Very bad service
Very bad service. I had flat tire on a Saturday afternoon, which they fixed with glue for DKK 1.400 so I could drive to a garage. The mechanic said that it could hold for a long time and many drivers in other countries keep driving on it. When I was ready to drive to a garage 2 weeks later the tire was flat. They advised me afterwards that it was only a temporary solution and that I would have to pay again about the same amount for the same solution. Not willing to meet the customer in any way, only repeating their rules. I will get my assistance from another company
I can already see their answer below, but I can respond that I have been in contact the last 2 days. Bad fix and bad advice and not taking responsibility at all for a bad service. Hiding behind the rules instead of problem solving or interested at getting a new loyal customer.

The use of tire mobility kit is not a permanent solution. We always advice customers to visit the workshop as soon as possible for a permanent repair. I am very sorry if you have been wrongly adviced.
