I’m only able to order a few things that are great for me. I have to watch sugar and sodium so your menu is limited for me. The few meals are delicious. I hope you will create foods though w less of both-sugar amd sodium.

Seems to be a caring, committed company. Listens to suggestions, aims to please. Good quality ingredients and the smoothies are awesome! It feels good to eat quality foods.

What I like about Daily Harvest is I have nutritional meals and snacks available at a moments notice. I really am enjoying the smoothies. On the less positive side I find some of the dishes bland. They need more seasoning. Two of the meal deals came apart during delivery. I am being charged for delivery. Not happy at all.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good these meals were. I honestly didn’t have high hopes, having used other food delivery services before and being disappointed. I was hoping it would be at least ok overall, but they are fresh and taste great. They are great to grab in a pinch when I haven’t prepped for meals or if I get home too late to fix something. This is typically a time when I’d fall back to something quick and processed so having this and actually have it be healthy AND taste good/flavorful has been nice. 10/10 would order again.. and I have!

3-4 stars- Flexibility on delivery is great. Variety is great. However, I did have to throw away one of the bowls (lentil bolognese)because the microwave didn’t cook the lentils through even when I doubled the cook time. Undercooked beans can cause serious illness. that makes me hesitant to order anything with lentils. Bowls with black beans and chickpeas have been cooked. The the sodium is higher than I’d like. That said I will likely order again - just not green lentils

My first order was delivered completely unfrozen, however, customer support was quick to respond and fix the issue! The second order arrived froze and the food has been awesome.

I love how easy it is to change my delivery dates and frequency. The email reminders that my deliveries are approaching are crucial. When I get the email I check the freezer to see how much I have left and change my date if I need to. This is why I order the largest box that I can, which helps cut down on shipping costs and gets me the discount :)

For the meal kits that have lentils in them - the lentils are not fully cooked. Even after following the cooking instructions using a microwave - the lentils were still hard. I ended up boy eating all those meals.
The black bean and cheeze is very good.

Overpriced, overhyped and just not worth the inconvenience of being on a difficult to cancel subscription.

We have been loyal customers of Daily Harvest for close to 4 years, and in general, we have been quite satisfied with the product. One of our favorite items has been the Tahini Harvest Bowl. Starting with last month’s delivery and again with this month’s delivery, there has been a drastic change in the preparation of the Tahini harvest bowl. There has been a marked increase in the salt content to the point that we can not tolerate it. This is especially an issue for us since we usually order 9-10 Tahini harvest bowls each month. I hope that someone from Daily Harvest reads these reviews, as there have been others that have commented about the high sodium content of Daily Harvest items, in general.
We hope this is corrected, both from the taste standpoint but also from the health standpoint.

I just love the convenience of making all of the food, everything I’ve made has been fairly decent. Great way for me to get in my fruits and veggies otherwise I rarely eat them! Everything came frozen as expected and is easily stored in the freezer for daily meals.

Daily Harvest has become my go-to choice for meal kits. The food is fantastic! I've heard some concerns about the sodium content being too high, but personally, I find it to be just right for my taste. Having tried a few other mail-order meal kits, Daily Harvest stands out as the winner. Sure, there have been a few instances where the lid was damaged upon arrival, but overall, most items are well-packaged and intact. The convenience of these meals coupled with their exceptional taste makes it a small issue that doesn't overshadow the overall experience.

So I ordered from daily harvest about 6 months. I loved the bakes, the rest was just not that good. When they dropped I called them to say I have nothing to order. They explained that sometimes things get cut. I understand that's totally cool. What is not cool it them arbitrarily adding items to my order and them charging and shipping things I did not order. I tried to cancel but they insisted what the did was allowed. I have no trust in this company to do honorable business even though I reached out multiple times they still sent me items when I intentional left my basket empty.

Our family loves trying all the new offerings as they tend to get bored with the same thing; although we each have our favorites. I have always found customer service to be available, professional and responsive.

I love the packaging. It’s almost all recyclable. They use dry ice, so there aren’t annoying, heavy, plastic cold packs to deal with.

The food is ok. There is an odd aftertaste to most of the veggie bowls. It’s sour or bitter. Maybe it’s a veg I’m not used to eating. The heating instructions call for too little water. Adding more improves the food. There are virtually no sauces, and grains were added only recently.

My preferred items are the smoothies and some of the hot cereals. But they are nothing special.

I had some customer service questions and they were all handled above and beyond.

I wish I liked the food better. It doesn’t suit my tastebuds.

The meals are great although, the sodium content is much to high. I was hoping tonuse these meals for my Dad who has high blood pressure but had to take him off them once I realized the amount of sodium per serving.

The smoothies are so nummy and filling. High quality ingredients. Accurate and fast delivery. Only one bad thing is that during shipping I always lose one or two smoothies from the lid popping off and seal breaking. Fruit bits everywhere in box makes a mess.

Love the products but by far your Customer service excels. I had received my order but it was damaged, opened, crushed and not cold. I called your customer service number and the representative was so apologetic. He explained the a totally new order would be sent to me immediately. I provided pictures of the damage and I received my new box a few days later. Wonderful customer service, you have a customer for life! Plus everything is so tasty.
