Avoid This Company

I purchased a tv unit through Mano Mano. I have only received one of the parcels. On the box it says 1/2. Customer Services are an absolute waste of time. It's just messages back and fore. They are wanting information on the box which I sent but that didn't suffice. I'm fed up waiting to get it sorted out. I really wish I'd checked the reviews first

Awful customer service

Awful customer service
Would not send me replacement parts
The chesr of drawers would not affix and I just needed to bits and bolts
They never sent them
They are bullies who think over got your money now go away
NEVER EVER USE THEM

An absolutely shocking company with no…

An absolutely shocking company with no idea about customer service - goods are described incorrectly, are or poor quality then resfuse to refund when tracking shows as returned...shame on you!

Beware of this company

Purchased a wardrobe and draws with this company via range market place. After realising how small and looking at other reviews from buyers I cancelled my order immediately only to be told even though my products had not been delivered I would be charged a £50 return fee. AVOID THIS COMPANY NOT WORTH THE HASSLE WILL TRY TO SCAM MONEY OUT IF PEOPLE ANY WAY POSSIBLE

You cancelled your order after it had left our warehouse. As the cancellation was due to change of mind, the cost of return is your responsibility, so the £50 fee is to cover the postage paid by us. We always cover the cost of return where we are at fault.

Be careful with B&Q verified seller

This is a truly awful company. I purchased a wardrobe from them through B&q marketplace and it arrived damaged and with the wrong parts. The quality is poor but as we had assembled the wardrobe for the spare room and they assured they’d send replacement parts we kept it and threw away some of the packaging (luckily not all!)

Two weeks later the replacement pieces came and it was still wrong. By now we realised we shouldn’t have to put up with such a terrible quality product and so requested a return. The company are so obstinate requesting photographs of all of the parts and their labels even though many pieces arrived unlabelled. When I initially requested a refund I was refused on the basis they are the supplier and not manufacturer. I was ready to give up and just request my money back through PayPal but reminded the company a last time about my rights under the consumer rights act and they said they’d arrange a collection if I showed a picture of the packaged item. I sent a photo knowing I didn’t have to and they said it wasn’t suitably packaged and the courier wouldn’t collect.

I ended the conversation saying that by law I’m under no duty to package the faulty and damaged product. I’ve had an email to say it will be collected but no confirmation or confidence that it will. I will raise with PayPal today

This has been a hugely stressful experience. It’s a poor product and a poor company that banks on you running out of right to enforce your consumer rights.

Great customer service

Product was delivered damaged and GS logistics blamed it on Daily Deals.
Gary one of the directors eventually sorted the problem and renewed my faith in customer service
