With its premium it would be as well just being for paying readers. Totally ruined.

I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and frustration with the complete lack of response from the Daily Record and the Hamilton Advertiser.

On no fewer than four separate occasions, I have attempted to make contact via email in order to seek assistance in reporting a serious matter concerning the alleged negligence of South Lanarkshire Council. Specifically, I have been left living in a third-floor flat for the past seven years following a major stroke, despite the obvious and significant impact this has had on my health and mobility.

In addition to multiple emails, I have made telephone calls, left voicemails, and completed online contact forms through your website. At no point have I received any acknowledgement, response, or follow-up communication.

The complete absence of engagement is deeply concerning. As news organisations that claim to represent and advocate for local communities, this failure to respond undermines public confidence and calls into question your commitment to reporting serious issues affecting vulnerable individuals.

Regrettably, the continued silence leaves me feeling that the Daily Record is proving to be no more responsive or supportive than South Lanarkshire Council in this matter.

I would expect at the very least an acknowledgement of this complaint and a clear explanation as to why my repeated attempts to make contact have been ignored.

Good paper wasted
Since the new premium membership has been launched it is a total waste of time attempting to read the paper.
Not all are marked premium and when you open it the pop up appears and no article to be read.
I understand they need to generate money however almost every story!!!!.
I hate saying it even the Sun Club not as bad

This vile newspaper wrote a false statement on my self. Stating poisonous letters saying I am from hell. The letters I wrote were asking the people across from my self to remove the ring door bell they put up facing my door. Not their door. Also to ask them to take there turn cleaning the public area once a fortnight. As I had been cleaning it for over a year. They mentioned the Rabbit Rose McCafferty left to die by going on holiday with her partner for over a week. Leaving the rabbit with no food or water. No mention of me offering to feed the now dead rabbit. Rose McCafferty was mentioned in court one. she was named with what she herself had told me from her own mouth. No mention of that abuse by this paper about what she told me she did to her daughter. It was read out in court one. Another body of people who cover up for certain people. Since the vile Daily record published this. I have become the butt of a hate campaign. Organ transplanted living on my own. No mention of the child.
Or the man being called a pedo by some one else.
It was not me. I have solid evidence I did not call that man that. I have the name of the person who did call him that name along with the message saying they did. But the Vile Daily record blamed me. Easy story to sell their failing paper. This sick paper lies about people just to sell a paper. I refused them to publish a story way back. Looking like a bit of revenge going on with this lot. The editor should be ashamed. using a 63 year old organ transplanted woman to sell a paper because they are unable to report on proper news. They did not even ask for the other side of the story. Just like they would not wait until my friend was told about her husbands death. They published his death in there vile paper. My friend finding out that way. Her husband Robert Finnan had died. RIP Robert. That is how low and desperate they are. Do not believe a word this paper writes. Not one word. No true reporting going on with them. Not worth a single penny would I pay for this bull shit paper. My opinion. Save your money. The star and the Sun have truer stories.

Web site is unusable, slow , full of adverts that can’t be closed , now showing daily express over the top of their page , get it sorted .

The worst gutter rag known in the whole Land. A sensationalist arse wipe of a publication which trades on lies. A harmful paper that has no regard for actual journalism, but is pure vindictive drivel. The editors and reporters have no qualms about ruining people's lives and they have all the ethics of Piers Morgan circa 1990s...
They have to employ more lawyers than reporters, which tells you everything you need to know. With essentially no standards or any contribution to the public good, it's hard to know why these clowns are allowed to continue spreading hate...

this sport app is totally unwatchable...a pure abomination, does someone really get paid for editing this trash. three quarters of the pages are covered with unmoveable adds, it,s like a bunch of three year old kids have been given permission to do anything they want....honestly have ago and watch it, you wont believe how bad it is...THE WORST APP EVER !!!!

The guys giving out the horse racing tips i think should find another job absolutely shameful

The pro rangers bias is very obvious the treatment that rangers receive is always positive versus the disproportionate negativity towards Celtic , for example after the latest old firm game at ibrox , where several objects were thrown onto the pitch which could have physically injured the Celtic keeper , the daily record spun to focus on a Celtic fan mocking the ibrox tragedy ( unacceptable though it is ) no one n was in physical danger from this , the paper is no more than a rangers fanzine , balance would be nice in times when printed press is in decline .

Its the Daily toilet and always will be imposible to comments on it's rigged comment section it only seems to allow far right comments and ones that look like they have been written by their toilet failed journalists . I know years ago the Daily Toilet got in trouble for it's terrible reporting on a racist attack that ended with a tragedy . It is still the daily toilet most of it's news is either the worst kind of tabloid fodder or second rate news they got out of the Sun's rear.

Website is a shambles. Jumps all over the place. And a lot of the grammar and spelling are deplorable. Plus if I see the use of the word 'Scots' in a headline again I'll scream. We KNOW it's a Scottish-based newspaper, we KNOW it's mostly about Scottish stories, so ditch the use of 'Scots". It's poor journalism and completely unnecessary.

Contacted them multiple times to fix their media player which just constantly gives you a spinning wheel and the videos never load. Not a single reply from them. So subscription lost. Their competitors one works just fine

Same story posted over 14 times with different headlines. Including putting a headline without any proof of what happened and harassing the family absolutely disgusting paper

Feels like a scamsite because of all the ads. Its worse and feels more sketchy than an adultsite

The Daily Royal is shambolic, dishonest,politically biased union rag who whilst claiming to be "Scotland's champion" actually laughs at the Nation. The endless use of the word Scots in every headline is playground journalism. Their absolute chip shop fetish and obsession with keeping the Royals relevant is pathetic. They provide a comments section when reporting on the SNP, encouraging unionists to criticise them and censoring any comments to the contrary. By far the worst example of Tabloid trash I've ever read. Cringeworthy !
