Thank you for your feedback and sorry for your bad experience. We do have an incl. / excl. VAT toggle in the header of the website, maybe we need to think of a way to make this more prominent. Our marketplace is used by both individuals and businesses, this is the reason for the need to have both options. Charlie Charter not great with responding to queries
It is very difficult to get hold of our Agent, Charlie Charters. When you send him an email, he doesn't respond, and then you try call him and he doesn't answer. I have told him that my client has spent a lot of money on these tickets, even if there is no information regarding the ticketing process, at least acknowledge my email and respond. I have sent him 2 emails regarding the confirmation of receipt of funds.....No answer. Not great!

Real tickets, good quality, fantastic customer service (once you get in touch). Unfortunately no refund, even if the match date changes, so I had to gift them.

I have been trying to get in contact since October last year regarding a refund on tickets I purchased for the RWC.
All emails get ignored the minute I try and discuss my options or even mention the word ‘refund’.
6months and still ongoing.
