Took a month to even be sent, customer service was rude - it’s clearly a one person business and I felt like supporting a small business would better than going to the highstreet, I ordered knowing it would take 2 weeks but wouldn’t have bothered if I knew she couldn’t be bothered to sew 5 pairs of pants for 60 quid in a month, got an email saying my parcel was sent - it never turned up - I emailed 3 times before she actually sent the parcel with no apologies, won’t be wasting my time on this crap again

Package came late and quality of the items I purchased was not on top. 2/3 items were wack: didn't resemble the picture, weird material and wrong sizing when compared to other items. Didn't find an email adress so had to dm on ig which already sounds a bit meh. Took 3 days to respond (and only after I left a comment on a post), no apology and no empathy. Refund for 1/3 items was available so I took it but was waiting for more answers since I wasn't sure if they needed more information. I text to check if the refund is still happening and yet again have to comment on a post to get an answer. Answers are short and unprofessional and not updating until you ask about it. "Take up to 10 working days to process this", okay then let me know that? Was just left haning. Order on your own risk.

Order takes 3 weeks + to arrive. When looking for update via email - will get automated responses. But the quality of the items and all the seams are so good that it’s worth the wait. Also the prices are very democratic 💝

Rude and abrasive customer service. Orders take at least 3 weeks to arrive, and seller completely ignores emails unless pushed repeatedly to provide an update. I love buying from small businesses, especially because of how close you feel to the person you are buying from - sadly in this case, that person was so unpleasant to deal with that I am entirely put off the business in question. I wish I had read other reviews before ordering...

Not only did I not receive an update for my order for almost TWO WEEKs, I had the most upsetting email interaction with a customer service rep that I have ever experienced. They were rude, petulant and course; I emailed them frustrated that I hadn't recieved any update and they pointed me to the FAQ on the website. I told them that I did, and I wanted an update on my specific order and they continued to be incredibly unprofessional and tried to gaslight me, implying that I had been unprompted in my frustration when in fact, I had emailed multiple times and recieved ZERO help. The clothes are so cute but unfortunately, their customer service is NOT bro I'm so pissed.

Never received my order and zero response from customer service, both via email and on instagram.

Took a while for my order to arrive as they’re handmade to order but when it did arrive it was good quality, looks cute and just how it appeared on the website. I ordered a couple pieces in ‘fern’ and they fit pretty well especially the underwear. Pretty affordable sustainable clothing as well.
