Bit disappointed as smaller than expected. The packaging was also way over the top for the item and the box was full of polystyrene which was not dissolvable. Need to be more environmentally friendly please.

All of the sizes of our products are displayed under the description of the item so we apologies if this was missed and will certainly review to see how we can make sure our sizes are clearer.
In terms of the eco friendly packaging, we do normally use eco friendly packing peanuts however our supplier was out of stock at the point of your order and therefore we had no other choice but to use non eco friendly peanuts to avoid any delay in getting your order out to you. With regards to the size of your package, again we were waiting on a new supply of boxes from the same supplier and again to avoid any delay we shipped in the smallest box we had at that time.
We pride ourselves in delivering your items within 2 days of your order and in most instances the next day using eco friendly products as much as we can.
Again we are sorry that we did not meet your requirements at this time. If you would like to return your item then please let me know and once received we can give you a full refund.
